The service is friendly but the service time is really long, I waited for almost 2 hours to go to customer service ,,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya tepat di perempatan lampu merah jln jatinegara Barat 1. Jika anda dari arah jatinegara ke arah kampung melayu posisinya ada disebelah kanan jalan. Bagi yg dari arah kampung melayu anda harus memutar dulu ke arah jatinegara karena jalur di area ini satu arah.
The location is right at the red light intersection Jln Jatinegara Barat 1. If you are from the direction of Jatinegara towards Kampung Melayu, the position is on the right side of the road. For those from the Malay village, you must first turn towards Jatinegara because the path in this area is one-way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ya sangat buruk....sayaa sebagai nasabah sedang Transaksi tidak blh dminta duduk padahal transaksi syaa bayk sekali. Jd hrs berdiri selama hampir 1 setengah jam di depan teler. Dgn alasan tidak enak dgn nasabah lain...
The service is very bad.... I am a customer in the middle of a transaction, I can't be asked to sit down even though I have a lot of transactions. So had to stand for almost 1 and a half hours in front of the high. With bad reasons with other customers...
