★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya mau bertanya ke yang lebih mengerti, setelah sebelumnya ke KCP Mandiri lain tapi di tolak karena logika tidak jalan. Kirim USD ke LN masa wajib Invoice. Padahal kirim USD tidak hanya untuk bayar tagihan saja, bisa untuk investasi, biaya hidup anak di LN dll
Petugas di KCP Taman Kencana mau bertanya ke Petugas lain yang lebih mengerti walaupun di cabang lain, sampai akhirnya transaksi berhasil.
The officer wants to ask the one who understands better, after previously going to another KCP Mandiri but was rejected because the logic did not work. Send USD to LN for the required Invoice period. Even though sending USD is not just to pay bills, it can be for investment, children's living expenses in LN etc.

Harusnya ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan, soalnya kasihan hari ini ada ibu2 yang bawa anaknya sampai menangis karena lama menunggu antrian. Percepat pengetikan dan seefisien mungkin. Maaf kalau agak kritis. Kalau dari pelayanan skuritinya luar biasa, tapi ketika di teller luar biasa sabar.
