Skrg udh pindah Bank ini di Goflek.para karywan sangat ramah.letak strategis di pinggir jln Raya Kapuk kamal.slmt menabung.
Now I have moved this bank in Goflek. The employees are very friendly. It is strategically located on the edge of the Raya Kapuk street, saving money.

Securitynya baik dan ramah.Akan tetapi dibagian CSO agak kurang ramah dalam melayani nasabah.Apa karena saya datang dengan jaket ojek online jadinya dianggap sebelah mata? Mohon Dirubah sikapnya semua manusia sama derajatnya.
The security is good and friendly. However, the CSO section is a little less friendly in serving customers. Is it because I came with an online motorcycle taxi jacket that it was underestimated? Please change the attitude of all humans are equal.

udah buka rekening via to*ped, katanya gak bisa (ini gak bisanya keliatan kayak cs nya gak ngerti gitu), harus scan barcode . udah scan barcode terus buka rekening tapi gak bisa juga, alasannya karna hp Ip jadi gak bisa. saya minta buka rekening langsung aja, katanya sekarang udah gak bisa harus scan barcode tapi karna scan barcode berkali kali gagal verifikasi, akhirnya dialihin buka rekening langsung wkwkwkwk gak konsisten . kalo gak bisa mah tetep gak bisa bukan ujung2 nya jadi bisa hahahaah kartu atm dan buku rekening nya terbit 3 hari kerja lagi hadeh . padahal buka rekening di bank lain gak sampe 1 jam. ngapain aja itu buka rekening doang sampe 3 hari wkwkw
I already opened an account via to * ped, he said he could not (it doesn't seem like CS doesn't understand), you have to scan the barcode. I just asked to open an account right away, he said now I can't have to scan a barcode but because scanning a barcode repeatedly failed to verify, finally he was transferred to open an account straight away when it wasn't consistent. if it can't, it's still impossible, it's not the end so it can be possible hahahaah the ATM card and account book is published 3 working days again hadeh. even though opening an account at another bank has not taken 1 hour. what do you do, just open an account until 3 days

Saya telepon sudah 10x tidak ada respon sampai saya telepon ke BRI pusat dan telepon ke kantor cabang Pantai Indah Kapuk, saya kecewa dengan pelayanannya, securitynya juga gak ramah, pelayanannya buruk

Bank paling ribet. Amit2 ga bakal gw mau balik2 lagi kstu. Hari ini sya dtg ke bank bri kcp citypark dgn keluhan atm hilang, saya udh telfon call center nya sebelumnya diinfokan untuk membawa ktp asli, buku tabungan dan nanti akan ada pengisian surat pernyataan atm hilang. Begitu sampai di bank bri kcp citypark cs nya minta surat keterangan kehilangan dri polisi, betapa ribetnya. Akhirnya saya ke polsek minta surat keterangan tapi sya ga balik lg ke bri lcp citypark, saya ke bri cengkareng sampe disana dri scurity bilang ga perlu pake surat dri polisi krna ada form pernyataan nasabah. Bri kcp citypark ini emang ketinggalan info atau apa ya, ngerjain nasabah tidak membuat kenyamanan. Toldiperbaiki pelayanan nya

Finally I went to the police station asking for a certificate but I didn't go back to bri lcp citypark, I went to bri cengkareng until there from security said there was no need to use a letter from the police because there was a customer statement form. This bri kcp citypark does not really miss any information or what, it doesn't make customers feel comfortable. Please fix the service
