★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Mandiri terdekat dengan rumah, CSnya ramah, enak bisa setor non tunai pula. Tapi area parkir kurang luas sehingga seringkali mobil parkir di pinggir jalan.
Tersedia kursi/tempat duduk di jalur antrian ke teller, meski masih terbatas jumlahnya. Sebaiknya sih sistem antrian pakai nomer sehingga lebih rapi dan nasabah bisa menunggu dengan nyaman ( gak perlu berdiri lama).
 Bank Mandiri is the closest to the house, the CS is friendly, it's nice to be able to deposit non-cash too. But the parking area is not large enough so that cars are often parked on the side of the road.
There are seats / seats in the queue line to the teller, although they are still limited in number. We recommend that the queuing system use numbers so that it is tidier and customers can wait comfortably (no need to stand long).

Pelayanan satpam luar biasa, pelayanan teller sedikit galak kurang bersahabat.
Mohon kedepanya tellerya lbih bershabat dng klain.

Tetapi CS nya sangaaattt lama, antri sudah 1 jam lebih tetapi belum dipanggil sama CS nyaa huhuu
Per antrian bisa sampai 30 menit lebih baru dipanggil...
Semoga bisa lebih diperbaiki pelayanannya, supaya lebih baik lagi, semangat

But the CS is sooooooo long, the queue has been more than 1 hour but the CS hasn't been called yet huhuu
Per queue can be up to 30 minutes before being called...
Hopefully the service can be improved, so that it will be even better, cheer up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesin ATM nya bagus, tulisan angkanya tampak jelas sehingga memudahkan saya yg sudah mata empat ini terhindar dari kartu tertelan mesin karena salah pencet kode pin. Walaupun ada ATM dekat dg rumah saya namun saya lebih milih ke bank mandiri ini karena lebih nyaman dan tenang waktu menggunakan mesin ATM ☺, ruang ATM juga lebih lega dan bersih.
The ATM machine is good, the numbers are clearly written, making it easier for me, who has four eyes, to avoid the card from being swallowed by the machine because I pressed the wrong pin code. Even though there is an ATM close to my house, I prefer this independent bank because it is more comfortable and quiet when using an ATM machine , the ATM room is also more spacious and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau buat mbanking, sebelum masuk ke dalam saya di stop sama satpam. Ditanya, kemudian dia menyuruh download aplikasi livin. Salahnya, satpam itu langsung meminjam hp saya dan download apk tersebut. Kemudian satpam itu lah yang mengutek utek hp saya, dia buka apa juga saya tidak tau. Sewaktu ngisi data pribadi pun, dia tidak menanyakan ini benar apa salah. Dia cuman pinjam ktp, kemudian memfotonya pake hp saya yg dia bawa. Ternyata, aplikasi itu membuat hp saya lemot. Tiba tiba semua tidak bisa dipencet, satpam nya cuman bilang ini kok ga bisa dipencet, sambil terus nutul nutul hp saya. Saya yang kepingin ngerti, tp si satpam tidak memperlihatkan kepada saya. Masih trs dipencet pencet, katanya mental mental trs. Trs hp saya tiba tiba memang ngeboot, pas saya liat udh ada notifikasi uninstall, dikolom wa sudah ada centangnya. Saya coba matikan hp, kemudian saya hidupkan kembali, ternyata WhatsApp saya sudah ke uninstall. Semua nomor yg belum sempat saya simpan, semuanya perihal kuliah ada disana, hilang. Sementara kartu yg saya pakai untuk mendaftar WhatsApp itu sudah tidak ada.
Semoga jadi pelajaran buat satpamnya, supaya tidak grusah grusuh, dan besok lagi mengarahkan saja, yg pegang hp tetap pemiliknya.
I want to do banking, before entering it I was stopped by the security guard. Asked, then he asked to download the livin application. The fault, the security guard immediately borrowed my cellphone and downloaded the apk. Then the security guard was the one who hacked my cellphone, he opened it or not, I don't know. Even when filling in personal data, he did not ask whether this was true or not. He just borrowed an ID card, then took a photo of it using my cellphone which he brought with him. Apparently, the application makes my cellphone slow. Suddenly everything couldn't be pressed, the security guard just said it couldn't be pressed, while looking at my cellphone. I wanted to understand, but the security guard didn't show it to me. Still pressing the button, he said mental mental trs. Then my cellphone suddenly booted, when I saw that there was an uninstall notification, in the wa column there was a tick. I tried to turn off the cellphone, then I turned it back on, it turned out that my WhatsApp had been uninstalled. All the numbers that I haven't had time to save, everything about college is there, gone. Meanwhile, the card I used to register for WhatsApp is gone.
Hopefully it will be a lesson for the security guard, so you don't have to worry about it, and just direct it tomorrow, the owner of the cellphone is still the owner.
