★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service excellent, ganti ATM disini, walaupun untuk bank mandiri mitra usaha bukan cabang besar tapi saya dilayani sama CS atas nama Dwi bagus banget pelayanan nya telaten, ramah, sabar, dan ternyata punya tanggal lahir sama dengan saya hahaha. Security nya yang juga ramah banget, saya lihat cepat tanggap hadapi setiap nasabah yang datang. Waktu duduk dilayani sama CS nya saya dengar petugas sebelah nya yang juga luwes banget jelasin produk ke pasangan nasabah lainnya tentang produk pinjaman mikro. Overall good communication, service excellent.
Excellent service, change ATMs here, even though for independent bank business partners it is not a big branch but I was served by CS on behalf of Dwi, the service is really good, the service is patient, friendly, patient, and apparently has the same birth date as me hahaha. The security is also very friendly, I see it responds quickly to every customer who comes. While sitting down, I was served by the CS, I heard the attendant next to him who was also very flexible in explaining the product to other customer pairs about micro-loan products. Overall good communication, excellent service.
