Bri cilodong yg selalu rame.....tapi sayang ktrnya sempit???. Tolong management memperhatikan Utk kelayakan gedungnya, tp salut utk karyawannya pelayanan ramah senyumnya ada yg manis??? cuma masalah dikantornya aja yg kurang luas & tempat parkir yg minim bangettt??
Bri Cilodong who is always busy ..... but unfortunately the traffic is narrow???. Please pay attention to the management of the appropriateness of the building, but salute to the employees, the friendly service, the smile is sweet??? only the problem is that the office is not spacious and the parking lot is very minimal??

Pelayanannya kurang bagus, jam 12 udh gk bisa nerima nasabah. Padahal cuma mau buat kartu atm doang tutupnya jam 3 kan padahal , Satpam nya juga kurang ramah. Padahal bank besar . Tpi kok ngecewain

ketika pagi itu mau cairkan BSU.. Surikitynya bilang "kuota penuh". padahal baru ada dua orang.

Sekuriti kurang friendly untuk urusan bansos..kang parkir panen cuan.. ATM selalu ngantri..emejing

Kejadianny udh lama ceritanya sy nabung dan ga engeh kalau buku rek ketuker, baru engeh skrg karna mau nabung lagi, sy dtg dong ke bank bri cilodong buat bikin bu rek baru. Dateng ni buka pintu ketemu satpam mata belo,item,gendut,tinggi,perut buncit. Sy ceritain buku Rek sy Ketuker eh dia bukannya minta maaf ngewakilin karyawan bank malah jawabannya gini"ya mba gabisa nyalahin pihak bank nya aja mba jga ga teliti kenaap begitu seelsai transaksi ga ngecek buku rek lagi," Sebenernya sy ga akan marah kalau dia langsung minta maaf awalnya, cuma karna dia ngoceh gitu gua kesel dong. Gua ocehin lagi tuh satpam, " harusnya teller tuh lebih teliti kalau dalam 1ruangan nama Dewi ada 2 ya sebut nama lengkapnya jangan cuma dewi, ya mnaa tau lah nasabah." eh dia malah makin belain karyawan bank dia bilang gabisa nyalahin pihak bank aja mba mba juga harus terliti. Kocak yah dimana2 kalao kerja dibidang pelayanan atau jasa itu kalau ngelakuin kesalahan walupun ga 100% salah nya ttp aja minta maaf itu etikanya. Tolong ya buat bank bri cabang cilodong perbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Say kapok jangan sampai ada nasabah lain yg kapok juga. Besok2 saya buka rekening dicabang lain aja lah kalau gini. Tolong satpam nya ditraning lagi ttg etika dan sopan ssantun
