★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satpamnya yang agak tua mohon diingatkan, kalau melayani nasabah berikan pelayanan yang terbaik jangan semena-mena. saya sebagai nasabah mandiri sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan satpam disini, baru kali ini satpam bank bicaranya sangat tidak mengenakkan hati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah pelayanan satpamnya, mohon ditindak tegas ya untuk satpam nya, kemarin saya sudah melakukan komplain di CSnya, ini kali pertama saya dapat perlakuan seperti maling/rampok, jangan sampai Mandiri cab Pandean Square mengorbankan nama besar mandiri hanya karena Satpam yang bertugas tidak "well trained" dengan "manner", ingat nasabah anda itu customer bukan maling! kalau sudah ada perbaikan saya akan rubah ratingnya di google, terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlalu minim fasilitas terutama di mesin atm, cuma ada penarikan 50rb dan setor tunai. Sarannya lebih di tambah mesin atm karena terlalu banyak antrian dan terlalu menunggu cukup lama
