★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi supaya yg mengantri di teller tdk terlalu lama menunggu..
Semoga pegawainya lbh cekatan lagi dan lebih sigap lagi untuk melayani para nasabah..
 Please improve the service again so that those queuing at the teller don't wait too long..
Hopefully the employees are more agile and more alert to serve customers..

Yesterday between wives changed atm, to this branch, bust from 10 o'clock started queuing, just served 2 o'clock, finished 4th stgh, what's the problem, bad profit cs, the job is looking for money to get a salary, not concerned with the quality of service , that's why it works as it pleases,

The service is long..the customer service is only 1 tok long queue period no.10 waiting for more than 2 hours...not responsive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank nya dekat grand kolopaking .atau sebelum GK. Pelayanan nya bagus satpam nya ramah dan sangat membantu cuma banyak juga satpam nya ada 3 orang. Kantor nya adem cuma mandiri kantor nya lebih kecil dari Bri.jd kalo parkir mobil susah. Service to customer udah membaik..semoga kedepannya sukses dan memeberikan nasabah yang terbaik
The bank is near grand kolopaking or before GK. The service is good, the security guard is friendly and very helpful, only there are 3 security guards. The office is cool, only independent. The office is smaller than Bri. So parking a car is difficult. Service to customer has improved..hopefully in the future success and provide the best customers nasabah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ berlokasi di Jl A.Yani Kebumen. kebersihan baik.pelayanan CS dan Teller baik dan cepat. disini sangat ramai transaksi.terdapat toilet bersih. melayani segala jenis transaksi perbankan.terdapat outlet ATM, ada 3 mesin.tempat parkir selalu penuh.pengalaman kurang menyenangkan saya, ketika sedang antri, dan dapat tempat duduk,tiba tiba kursi saya di ambil oleh satpam dan d berikan kepada orang lain,tanpa mengucapkan permisi. saya juga sebal karena terdapat petugas parkir yg memarkirkan motor ketika hanya ke atm.
located on Jl A. Yani Kebumen. cleanliness is good. CS and Teller service is good and fast. there are very many transactions here. there are clean toilets. serves all types of banking transactions. there are ATM outlets, there are 3 machines. the parking lot is always full. my unpleasant experience, while waiting in line, and getting a seat, suddenly my seat was taken by a security guard and given to someone else, without saying excuse me. I'm also annoyed because there are parking attendants who park the motorbike when only going to the ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon untuk di tingkatkan pelayanannya di bagian teller, karena yg dilihat personilnya kurang bangeett jadi paling nggk di tambahkan personilnya. Kasihan tellernya, kelihatannya jg susah utk istirahat walupun jam istirahat dan pengaktifan pin yg sepengetahuan saya itu di lakukan di cs di bank2 lain tapi disini di teller, belum lagi nasabah prioritas, bukannya ada jalurnya sendiri kan ya. Bukan jadi satu dgn umum yg nnti akhirnya menghambat lainny dan makin lama. Minimal lama antri klu rame itu 2 jam lebihh, minimal yaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satu2nya setor tunai d kebumen. Sangat membantu untuk orang yg malas antri d teler. Sayangnya mesin nya cuma satu dan atm nya cuma 1 jd kadang2 antrinya lumayan lama juga..
The only cash deposit is in Kebumen. Very helpful for people who are lazy to queue and get drunk. Unfortunately, there is only one machine and only 1 atm, so sometimes the queue is quite long too..
