 The place is narrow, fortunately, after the hours of Friday prayer, there are not many people. There is a nice drink when waiting.

Bad service. There is a problem cs is asked the answer "yes I don't know" and by the way, I prefer to be in central BCA near the square the people are friendly and serve all well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tellernya kurang banyak, hari senin itu jumlah nasabah tinggi tapi teller cuma 2 ya jadinya antriannya menumpuk...Tahu sendiri padahal lagi covid gini...
Kenapa sih antriannya teller tidak dibagi 2 macam saja, jadi yang dilayani ya yang datang duluan. Kalau seperti ini saya sudah datang duluan nunggu lama, tahu2 disalip sama orang lain hanya karena dia beda tiket antrian...kan males banget
There are not many tellers, on Monday the number of customers is high but there are only 2 tellers, so the queues pile up... You know, even though it's Covid...
Why isn't the queue for tellers divided into 2 kinds, so the one who is served is the one who comes first. If it's like this, I've come first and waited a long time, knowing that someone else was overtaken just because he had a different queue ticket... right, I'm really lazy
