★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya masih kurang, ga kaya di bank BCA bikin m-banking aja ribet mesti ke ATM dulu buat aktifinnya trus balik lagi ke Cs nya, hadeh tolong diperbaiki dong pelayanannya
 The service is still lacking, it's not like BCA bank makes m-banking complicated, you have to go to the ATM first to activate it then go back to Cs, please fix the service, please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang sudah bagus lagi mesin setor tunainya.. mantap mesin atmnya banyak. Tidak pakai antri lama. Banknya nyaman, antrian teratur, sering tukar uang juga (recehan), sayangnya cabang ini belum bisa buka rekening tabunganku (tabungan anak usia balita) *pengalaman saya buka rekening Tabunganku untuk bayi saya di cabang cimanggis, jalan raya bogor). Bisanya untuk usia sekolah yaitu simpel. Satpamnya juga sopan dan ramah. Jadi kalo ada keperluan apapun, mereka akan menanyakan dulu dan mengarahkan nasabah untuk mengantri dilantai 1 atau langsung naik ke lantai 2. Harusnya kalau hanya cetak buku tabungan, tidak perlu pemilik rekening yang datang (apalagi seperti saya, ibu rumah tangga & kadang perlu banget cetak histori transaksi buku tabungan suami yang kerjanya didaerah berbulan-bulan).
Sebelahnya ada PHD, depannya pertamina, samping ATMnya pun ada restoran. Saran saya kalau mau ke customer service datang jam 8pagi. Jadi tidak terlalu lama menunggu. Kalau transaksi finansial jam 2 atau 3an kadang sudah ditutup
Now it's nice again the cash deposit machine .. engine steady atmnya much. Don't use long queues. The bank is comfortable, queuing regularly, often exchanging money (coins), unfortunately this branch cannot open my savings account (saving children under five) * My experience opens a Tabunganku account for my baby at the cimanggis branch, Bogor highway). The way for school age is simple. Satpamnya also polite and friendly. So if there is any need, they will ask first and direct the customer to queue on the 1st floor or go straight up to the 2nd floor. Should it only print a passbook, no account holders need to come (especially like me, housewives & sometimes really need to print transaction history passbook areas husband who works for months).
Next to there is PHD, in front of Pertamina, beside the ATM there is a restaurant. My advice if you want to go to customer service comes at 8am. So it's not too long to wait. If financial transactions at 2 or 3 o'clock are sometimes closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah, a big bank in a small building. It's a small branch office of Bank Mandiri and it's really helpful for people who live near Kelapa Dua that need services for the bank. We don't need to go to the central branch in Margonda which is far and has traffic on its way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long queue, long service, left for a moment in hope that the queue was near, when i got back the queue number has passed, but the security cant help with it and told me to come back the next day. Very dissapointed as a customer
