Sangat mengecewakan menggunakan bank mandiri sudah 3 kali berurusan dg kataΒ² penyalahgunaan kartu, apalagi antriannya untuk mengurus pemblokiran sangat mengecewakan dan menyita waktu kerja!!!
It's very disappointing to have used an independent bank 3 times to deal with card abuse words, especially the queue to take care of the blocking is very disappointing and time consuming!!!

Pelayanan kurang , sangat sangat sangat lama , teller ada 4 kursi , yang di pake cuma 1 , itupun butuh waktu 1 jam/org
Service is lacking, very very, very long, the teller has 4 chairs, only 1 is used, and even then it takes 1 hour/person

Teller ada di lantai 2 jadi kalau mau setoran langsung naik saja. Untuk setoran kurang 25 juta pakai memo setor yang kertas kecil. Setoran lebih dari 25 juta baru pakai form biru yg 3 rangkap. Ini yg biasanya banyak orang keliru. Setoran tanpa bawa buku tabungan juga bisa kok. Antrian teller dikasih semacam kursi jadi bisa duduk sebentaran.

Antrian 2 jam belum juga menemukan wajah orang orang bank mandiri.. besok besok kalo lama kasih welcoming drink atau nasi kotak, yang ngantri jadi senang. 3. Pake kartu mandiri baru 1 tahun udah kena blokir 3 kali.. 1 kali lagi gw kasih piring cab ?. Apa ini yang namanya rindu CS nya ma gw ya.. minta di visit perbulan..

pernah ksini... nganter bos.. nyampe pas zuhur... tanya skuriy mushola dimana.. dikasi unjuk musholanya ada di atas( lupa lantainya) lantai 2 apa 3...pas nyampe diatas ktemu ibu".. tanya lagi musholanya dimana..... si ibu nanya.. bapak siapa... dari mana... disini musholanya hanya untuk orang orang disini.......

Antri diluar kemudian antri duduk lagi didalam. Ini berisiko menjadi cluster baru. Antrian yg sudah terlewat dipanggil kembali ini yg membuat semakin lama nunggu antrian. Secara keseluruhan pelayanannya lambat dan tidak profesionsl.
Queued outside then queued to sit again inside. It risks becoming a new cluster. The queue that has been missed is called back, which makes the waiting queue even longer. Overall the service is slow and unprofessional.

This place haven't time standard, at google and door sign says it open on 8 o'clock, but it's actually open on 9. Customers are left to queue outside without apparent reason. Shame on you Mandiri Grand Wisata. ?
