I made an appointment to see the doctor on Saturday, 6th Feb 2021. Then, when it came to the scheduled date, I came to the clinic and asked the receptionist about my appointment, she said my schedule is postponed to 13rd Feb 2021. I had come so far from Jakarta l, but I got nothing after all. That's fine for me to come here on the next saturday, but how about the other customers or patients? Please, consider how precious customers' time is. Additionally, this clinic provides personal protective equipment (apd) for the customers. Is it reusable? Looks stained, and costs 50k rups, very expensive for reusable apd.
However, I'm impressed with the clinic. It provides cups of mineral water, comfortable toilet, and good wi-fi. We'll never experience long and busy queue here. That's all from me. Perhaps, it can be a consideration for you to use the services of this clinic.
