★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan super parah... sangat lambat.. antri cs dari jam 8-12.. ternyata bukanya jam 9.. pelayanan 1 coustumer belum selesai udah nglayanin yg lain... kurang konsisten dalam pelayanan... masih acak2an... gak malu tuh ama bank swasta?
Super bad service ... very slow .. queuing cs from 8-12 ... it turns out that it opens at 9 ... 1 customer service has not finished already serving others ... not consistent in service ... still messy ... no Are you ashamed of a private bank?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x kesini , selalu habis no.antrian nya ..kuota hanya 20 nomer..dari satpam nya pun kurang baik pelayanan nya..mohon ditingkatkan lagi..jauh² kesini, selalu zonk
2x here, the queue number always runs out.. the quota is only 20 numbers.. from the security guard the service is not good.. please improve again.. stay here, always zonk
