★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepi, bisa dibilang tidak ada nasabah yang berkunjung untuk transaksi. Untuk menanyakan informasi tentang produk tertentu sulit karena CS pun tidak ditempat, mungkin karena sepi jd CS tidak standby. Teller stand by ada 1 orang di counter tapi tidak bisa membantu memberikan informasi.
 Quiet, you could say there are no customers who visit for transactions. It is difficult to ask for information about certain products because CS is not available, maybe because it is quiet so CS is not on standby. Teller stand by there is 1 person at the counter but can't help providing information.

Bisa untuk perpanjang rekening pasif, dan CS melayani dengan cepat.
The visit on Tuesday at 1pm, conditions are very quiet without other customers.
Able to extend passive accounts, and CS serves quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menunggu proses pengambilan KTM saya lama sekali sedangkan tidak ada nasabah lain kecuali saya petugas nya jga terlalu lama pelayanan nya, saya datang mengambil KTM ijin kantor dihari Senin seharusnya bsa lbh cepat sih. Cs nya jga ngobrol terus dengan karyawan yg lain, kecewa sih sama pelayanan nya. Sedangkan bank lain yg mempermudah proses nya dimasa pandemi seperti ini, saya harap kedepan nya lbh diperbaiki lg layanan demi efesiensi waktu nasabah.
I waited for my KTM collection process for a very long time while there were no other customers except for me the service did not take too long, I came to pick up my office permit KTM on Monday, it should be faster. The cs don't keep talking to other employees, I'm disappointed with the service. While other banks are making the process easier during a pandemic like this, I hope that in the future, services will be improved for the sake of customer time efficiency.
