★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Saya antri 2 jam lebih gpp kalo tuntas. Habis dr CS saya disuruh ke atm dblg kartunya sdh bisa lagi. Pas saya masukkan kartu malah masi gk bisa disuruh hubungi CS. Lalu hasil saya 2jam antri it apa yak? Next time dilayani smpai tuntas dulu bos
Disappointed with the service. I queue for more than two hours if it's complete. After I had been discharged from CS, I was told to go to the ATM with the card. When I insert the card, it still can't be told to contact CS. Then my result is 2 hours queued or what? Next time, be served until completely finished, boss
