★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor bank dki yang melayani pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor berada di lantai 1 gedung samsat jakarta timur sedangkan untuk simpan pinjam berada di lqntai 4 dari gedung samsat ini. Cukup melelahkan jika ingin setor tunai atau ambil tunai serta urusan pembayaran lainnya selain pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor karena berada di lantai 4. Tidak ada lift untuk naik turun digedung samsat ini. Ruangan juga cukup sempit, jika sedang ramai pengunjung atau nasabahnya terpaksa antri di luar ruangan. Tempat parkir cukup banyak tapi terasa tidak cukup jika sedang banyak yang membayar pajak kendaraan di samsat.

Quite tiring if you want to deposit cash or take cash and other matters of payment other than payment of motor vehicle tax because it is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator to go up and down in this Samsat building. The room is also quite narrow, if you are busy visitors or customers are forced to queue outside the room. There is ample parking space but it is not enough if there are many who pay vehicle tax in Samsat.
