Atm buka smp malem jam 9 an, ga 24 jam
Parkiran cukup luas buat motor mobil
Jgn lupa cuci tangan sebelum masuk bank nya yaa
 BCA service is not doubted anymore, it is the champion
ATM opens midnight at 9, not 24 hours
The parking lot is wide enough for a car motorbike
Don't forget to wash your hands before entering the bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Securitynya ramah tapi sayang pilih kasih, saya mau ganti kartu ditemani suami, tapi suami tidak boleh masuk karena ( social distancing ), parahnya suami harus menunggu diluar, panas2an, berdiri dan tidak disediakan tempat tunggu seperti bank BNI sebelahnya, tetapi saya liat didalam ada sepasang suami istri sudah dicustomer service boleh masuk, tapi kalau suami saya harus tunggu diluar. Aneh !!! Akhirnya saya tidak jadi ganti kartu dstu.
The security is friendly but unfortunately favoritism, I want to change the card accompanied by my husband, but the husband cannot enter because (social distancing), the worse is that the husband has to wait outside, is hot, stands and there is no waiting place like the BNI bank next to it, but I see inside there is a pair husband and wife already in customer service can enter, but if my husband has to wait outside. Strange !!! In the end I didn't change the card etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dibela2 in ke kantor cabang ini pas masih ppkm darurat sampe sana ditolak. Disuruh bikin online. Pas udah bikin online gagal dan disarankan ke kantor cabang terdekat. Gimana dah. Security nya sok tau banget. Apa gunanya ada kantor disitu kalo mau buka rekening aja ngga bisa padahal udah lengkap syaratnya. Emang kalo mau urusan apa2 langsung ke CSO aja ngga usah lewat security. Informasi lebih jelas dan valid.
Defended in to this branch office when it was still an emergency PPKM until there it was rejected. Told to make online. When I made it online it failed and it was recommended to go to the nearest branch office. How are you? The security is very knowledgeable. What's the point of having an office there if you want to open an account, you can't even though the conditions are complete. If you want to do anything, go directly to the CSO, you don't have to go through security. Clearer and more valid information.
