★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisa jadi semua staff bank DKI khususnya Customer Service nya adalah Karyawati yang tidak di gaji karena attitude nya sangat tidak mempesentatif kan Bank DKI, malah terkesan seperti mandor pasar, tidak ramah terhadap pelanggan.
Bisa jadi saat perekrutan tidak di seleksi Dan sangat di sayang kan apabila bank DKI atau bank pemerintah ini di isi oleh orang orang yang tidak kompeten.
Semoga hal ini bisa jadi masukan, SDM nya sangat parah khususnya di cabang Cilincing, semoga Pimpinan Cabang membaca Dan bisa me review.
Jangan merasa kerja jadi staff, lalu merasa paling hebat, bank itu melayani bukan dilayani, sangatlah terkesan tidak berpendidikan.
semoga Bank DKI sadar memiliki Karyawati memiliki SDM attitude nya parah banget, Dan kelak sebelum di terima harus di tes Dan di seleksi sebelum di terima Sebagai pegawai, cukup lah Cabang Cilincing saja yang bergaya seperti di hutan.
