★ ★ ★ ★ ★ branch managernya ngawur..Harus dapet pelatihan ulang tuh jd branch manager, cuma di danamon doank kalo udah lunas bayar dan sertifikat sudah dikembalikan tp surat royanya ga dikasih.. alasannya kalo kantor bpn nya minta suratnya baru ke danamon, mana ada prosedur kayak begitu.. saya org awam baru tau prosedur yg benar dr kantor bpn, jika nasabah sudah lunas membayar, kita WAJIB meminta surat roya dr bank baru ke kantor BPN untuk urus roya sertifikat kita.. hr ini saya berantem sama BM danamon SP.. beliau dr kasih sertifikat ke saya cuma pesan, nanti kalo kantor BPN nya minta surat br ke danamon lagi yah bu, lah saya iya aja karna ga ngerti abis dpt sertifikat harus kemana, saya tanya kenapa bapak ga skalian lampirin surat roya nya, alesannya karna dulu ada nasabah bulak balik minta surat roya ke danamon karna ga urus surat ke BPN, mana ada prosedur sprti itu, yg benar itu jika sudah lunas membayar semua, sertifikat dikembalikan dan disertai dengan surat ROYA, ingat yah para nasabah Surat ROYA harus ada pd saat sertifikat dikembalikan ke nasabah, jangan mau bolak2 ke danamon cuma urus 1 surat aja, kalo ga kerja sih gpp paling abis diongkos, lah kalo kerja mau cuti berapa kali cuma urus surat begitu.. Branch Managernya harus di tes lagi tuh ga layak jd Branch Manager..
The branch manager is nonsense ... You have to get retraining to be a branch manager, only at Danamon, if it's already paid and the certificate has been returned, but the token is not given ... the reason is if the bpn's office asks for a new letter to Danamon, where is there a procedure like that. I am a layman just know the correct procedure from the bpn office, if the customer has paid off, we MUST ask for a roya letter from the new bank to the BPN office to take care of our roya certificate ... today I have a fight with BM danamon SP ... dr thank you I just ordered a certificate, later if the BPN office asks for a letter to Danamon again, ma'am, I'll just do it because I don't understand where I got the certificate, I asked why did you not attach the roya letter, the reason was because there used to be a bulak customer ask for a letter from Roya to Danamon because I didn't take care of the letter to BPN, where is there such a procedure, the correct one is if it's already paid in full, the certificate is returned and accompanied by a ROYA letter, remember the customers, Su Rat ROYA must be there at the time the certificate is returned to the customer, don't want to go back and forth to Danamon, just take care of 1 letter, if it doesn't work, the GP will spend most of the time, if you want to take leave, how many times do you just take care of the letter ... Branch Manager has to be tested again tuh not worthy to be a Branch Manager ...
