★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service. Pelayanan Ok, baru masuk di sambut Satpam, satpamnya rajin langsung ambilin Form, diarahin ke Customer Service diinfo oleh CS1 apa aja yang harus diisi, gak sampe setengah jam udah selesai untuk ngurus ATM ke blockir?
Sukses terussss..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan kesini. Pelayanannya buruk banget, dateng hari weekday jam 1 mau ke CS langsung ditolak satpam dengan alasan CS nya belom istirahat??!! What??! Itukan masalah management wktu kalian.
Padahal antrian gak ramai dan masih siang.
Do not come here. The service is really bad, arriving at 1 o'clock weekday when going to CS is immediately rejected by the security guard because the CS hasn't rested ?? !! What ??! That's your time management problem.
Even though the queue was not crowded and it was still noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk, kalau ada bintang 0 saya kasih 0. Saya datang jam 8 , baru dilayani jam 10, padahal kondisi tidak ramai. Kerja CS sangat lama. Saat dilayani sistem tidak bisa proses karena nama ibu kandung tidak sama, padahal sudah sesuai dengan KK, dan ini bukan pertama kali saya kehilangan kartu. Harus bawa KK asli, akhirnya saya ambil kerumah via gojek. Jam 12 baru selesai . 4 jam hanya untuk buat kartu baru, buang-buang waktu banget. CS LAMA, SISTEM RIBET, BCA cuma 10 menit uda jadi, itupun masih nanya kerjanya lama atau gak. CS CIMB juga tidak mendengarkan nasabah, hanya membacakan aturan yang ada tidak mau tau keadaan nasabah dan tidak flexibel. Nasabah di CS sebelah saya juga kehilangan uang bunga 20jt yang dijanjikan CIMB, padahal uang tersebut untuk kuliah anaknya. Something's wrong di CIMB, pelayanan terburuk sepanjang masa.
Very bad, if there are 0 stars I give 0. I came at 8, only served at 10, even though the conditions were not crowded. CS work very long. When served, the system could not process because the biological mother's name was not the same, even though it was in accordance with the KK, and this is not the first time I have lost my card. Had to bring the original KK, I finally took it home via gojek. 12 o'clock just finished. 4 hours just to make a new card, what a waste of time. OLD CS, RIBET SYSTEM, BCA only took 10 minutes to complete, and even then, they are still asking whether they have worked long or not. CIMB CS also does not listen to customers, only reads the existing rules, does not want to know the customer's condition and is not flexible. The customer at CS next to me also lost the 20 million interest money promised by CIMB, even though the money was for his son's college. Something's wrong at CIMB, worst service of all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lambat dan security gak bisa ngitung estimasi waktu.. Klo emang tutup jam 2 siang ngapain juga nerima customer banyak"... Kasian yang nunggu dr jam 10 pagi klo ujung"nya gak bisa karna jam oprasional CS nya cm sampe jam 2. Buang" Waktu orang aja.. ?
The service is slow and security can't calculate the estimated time.. If it closes at 2 pm, why don't you receive a lot of customers "... It's a pity that waiting since 10 am if the end can't be because the CS operating hours are only until 2 o'clock. Waste "People's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper lelet, terniat banget sampe rumah mau comment di sini, kalo ada bintang 0 saya kasih 0 untuk pelayanan di bank ini, datang jam 10 dilayani stengah 2 antrian ga banyak padahal, mau ngantri didalam alasan selalu penuh. Padahal banyak kursi kosong.diluar pun ga dikasi space untuk nunggu, satpam ga ramah dan Bad service!!!!
Super duper slow, really intend to come home to comment here, if there is a 0 star I will give 0 for the service at this bank, coming at 10 am served in the middle of 2 queues not much even though, want to queue inside the reason is always full. Even though there are many empty seats. Outside there is no space to wait, the security guard is not friendly and the service is bad!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau update nmr telepon aja antre 3 jam, pdahal cuma nglayanin ga lebih dr 10 org. Bener2 lemot pelayanannya, jauh beda ama BCA termasuk satpamnya beda jauuhhhh, udah gtu nunggunya di luar panas. Gile sih cukup sekali kesini, tau gitu mending cimb samping tangcity dah.
dan akhirnya setelah 3 jam dpt giliran update nmr telpn ternyata butuh waktu tunggu lagi 14hari.. buseet ga online apa gmn nih sistemnya? Lama bener, pasti ketinggalan sama bank lainnya.
If you want to update your phone number, you just have to queue for 3 hours, even though you only serve no more than 10 people. The service is really slow, it's much different from BCA, including the security guard, it's much different, it's already been waiting for it to be hot outside. Gile, it's enough to come here once, you know, it's better to have a cimb next to Tangcity.
And finally, after 3 hours, I got my turn to update my phone number, apparently it took another 14 days to wait.. Buseet isn't online, what's the system? It's been a long time, definitely left behind with other banks.
