★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah pengalaman yg tdk menyenangkan dengan danamon cabang BEJ (masuknya ribet, bukanya baru jam 9, cs dan teller yg stand by masing2 satu, jaringan komputer yg error, dan product knowledge cs yg kurang), saya akhirnya memutuskan ke danamon cabang ampera.
Benar2 180 derajat berbeda dengan cabang BEJ, masuk gedungnya sangat parktis, selain juga lokasi jg terbilang strategis, jam 8 sdh beroperasi, tempat cozy, cs sangat ramah membantu kebutuhan nasabah dan product knowledgenya jg sangat baik.
Anyway, saya buka rekening danamon karena payroll kantor pindah menggunakan bank ini. Keep a good work, semoga mjd even better y ke depannya ,,, :)
After an unpleasant experience with danamon, the JSX branch (complicated entry, not only at 9 o'clock, cs and tellers who stand by each one, computer network errors, and lack of product knowledge), I finally decided to go to the Ampera branch danamon.
True, 180 different degrees with the JSX branch, the building is very practical, besides the location is also strategic, at 8 o'clock operating, cozy place, and very friendly to help the needs of customers and products know very well.
Anyway, I opened a danamon account because the office payroll moved to this bank. Keep a good work, hopefully going to a better event in the future ... :)
