★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipintu masuk tertera buka start jam 8 pagi. tp udah 2 kali dtg kesana jam 8 blm buka. bukanya jam 8.30 :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya ya, baru mau merasakan pelayanan cs nya aja sih. Tapi terlalu lama menunggu karena dari awal saya datang sampai menunggu 40 menit, cs melayani nasabah itu terus, dan terlihat asyik mengobrol, sampai nasabah yang antriannya diatas saya tidak jadi ke cs karena kelamaan.
Improve the service again, I just want to feel the CS service. But it took too long to wait because from the beginning I came to wait 40 minutes, CS continued to serve the customer, and looked so busy chatting, until the customer whose queue was above me did not go to CS because it was too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nama gedung di alamat nya berubah tp gak di update, sampe budeg nyariin graha matra di ampera gak ketemu2 tau nya nama gedung udah ganti jadi STR. Jam operasional juga di tulis tutup jam 4, setengah 4 datang kesana udah tutup ternyata tutup nya jam 3. Tolong di update dong profile nya, biar gak bikin bingung. Pelayanan lama
The name of the building in the address changed but it was not updated, until the budge looked for the Graha Matter in Ampera, I didn't find out the name of the building has changed to STR. The operating hours are also written to close at 4, half-4 come there already closed, but it closes at 3. Please update the profile, so that it doesn't make you confused. Old service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk orang yang terburu-buru atau sudah punya agenda lain saat berkunjung ke sini. Karena layanan CS-nya cuma ada 2.. sumpah lama banget :(
Highly not recommended for people who are in a hurry or already have other agendas when visiting here. Because there are only 2 CS services.. I swear it's really long :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ada minus bintang-nya nya saya kasih minus. Dua kali ke CS nunggu sejam lbh pdhl antrian ga byk, paling 2-3 org. Smtr counter CS nya ada 4 meja. Parah!!!
Baca2 comment yg lain tnyata mirip2 dan udh dr lama spt ini ngga ada perbaikan.
If there is a minus star, I will give it a minus. Twice to CS, I waited for an hour, no queues, at most 2-3 people. There are 4 CS counters. Severe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian cs nya cuman 1, saya nunggu untuk urusan emoney lama sekali. Padahal keadaannya terhitung tidak ramai.
The cs part is only 1, I've been waiting for emoney for a very long time. Even though the situation is not too crowded.
