β β β β β Security depan yg bertugas hr selasa tgl 2 nov 21, jam 14.38 dgn arogansi menanyakan keperluan saya apa. Stlah saya antri dan dpt antrian panjang. Sy ada keperluan sehingga hrs meninggalkan antrian saat saya kembali pun saya sdh menunjukan nomor antrian saya dan saya tdk meminta saya didahulukan. Dgn arogansy dan nadanyg tdk mengenakan menanyakan habis ada keperluan apa? Nehe baru jadi satpam saja sdh belagu. Saya nasabah mau buka rekening di CIMB. Tlg dibina ya satpam model gitu yg arogansi dan tdk menghormati customer.

β β β β β Ngebuka octoclicks & ganti kartu atm aja lama. Setengah hari pokonya ngejogrok di tempat ini. Buang2 waktu, jadinya kerja juga ijin. Kalah sama bank swasta biru. Tolong tingkatkan lagi kinerjanya.
Opened octoclicks & just changed the atm card for a long time. Half a day basically hangs in this place. Waste of time, so work is also a permit. Lost to the blue private bank. Please improve the performance again.

β β β β β Sangat amat tidak menyarankan untuk kesini. Better ke kantor pusat bogor lgsg aja. Antri dari jam 8, baru selesai jam 4. Kalopun kcp harusnya ada evaluasi mengenai pelayanan. Satpam oke, tapi cs sama sekali tidak ramah. Sulit memberikan solusi dan memberikan informasi terlalu singkat kelamaan ngetik dan cek data2. Gm tidak membantu sama sekali, ketus2 orangnya. Gak ada ramah2nya sama sekali. Intinya jgn pernah berurusan sama org2 di bank ini. Lebih baik lgsg datang ke bogor kota aja.
I really don't recommend going here. It's better to just go to the Bogor head office. Queuing since 8, just finished at 4. Even if KCP should have an evaluation of the service. Security guards are okay, but cs is not friendly at all. Difficult to provide solutions and provide too short information over time typing and checking data2. Gm doesn't help at all, curt person. There is no friendliness at all. The point is never to deal with people in this bank. Better yet, just come to Bogor city.

Sy d panggil security untuk masuk k dalam pukul 13.30, d daLam Bank No. antrian berjalan 530.
Sy d panggil k meja Cs pkul 15.10, sy jlaskan mksudny sya untuk mengaktifkan kmbali rekening sy, lalu sya d mnta untuk mmbuka rekening yg baru, sya d beri form dan d mnta mngisi formulir d blkang n nunggu d panggil lg? dan akhirnya selsai sekitar pkul 16.15 WIB.
Sekedar saran wat kalian yg mo k CS datang sblum sblum PUKUL 08.00/Sblum BANK nya Buka, krn Bank blum buka az, yg antriny udh bnyak??ββοΈ

I am calling security to enter at 13.30, in Bank No. queue running 530.
I called to the desk Cs at 15:10, I explained that I need to reactivate my account, then I want to open a new account, I gave the form and asked to fill in the form d not waiting to be called again and finally finished around 16.15 WIB.
Just a suggestion for those of you who want CS to come before 08.00 AM / Before the BANK opens, because the bank has not opened az, the queue is already a lot??ββοΈ

β β β β β Located in the very heart of Cibinong City beside the legendary Queen Store and Bakso Sederhana. You will have difficulty finding parking lot here so you could park by the Mayor Oking Road side in front of Situ Cibinong across the Mardi Waluya School. The waiting room is comfortable. Usually the queuing is long but the service is fast specially the teller service while in the customer service you should prepare extra time for waiting. But, the friendly staffs will always help you to solve all your banking needs or problems. Good service!
