★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperti nya dari segi pelayanan sudah upgrade. Tidak seperti ulasan lain, antrian tidak terlalu lama. Satpam dan CS ramah.cepat dan sigap. ?
 As in terms of service, it has been upgraded. Unlike other reviews, the queue is not that long. The security guard and CS are friendly.fast and alert. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok punya tab niaga, cs sedikit jd antrinya lama banget, mana bank2nya jauh2 jaraknya, mending tutup tabungan deh, saran pindah ke bank yg banyak cabangnya
Kapok has a trading tab, cs is a little bit so the queues are really long, where are the banks far away, it's better to close your savings, I suggest moving to a bank with many branches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Satpam nya sopan dan sangat baik membantu sekali Tapi knp Pelayannya lelet banget ada 2 loker yg buat bikin ATM Yg satu nya loker 3 orang nya entah kemana padahal lagi rame Harus ga ush Ngilang kemana. Satpam nya sudah bagus hanya pelayanannya Kurang lama dan lelet!
I like the security guard who is polite and very kind and helpful. But why are the waiters so slow? There are 2 lockers that make ATMs. One locker for 3 people is somewhere even though it's busy. You don't have to go anywhere. The security guard is good, only the service is not long and slow!
