Tidak disarankan sekali ke bank ini. Pelayanan yg menjengkelkan. Nasabah di suruh antri tanpa ada pegangan. Bank macam apa ini... Disuruh nunggu abis itu disuruh balik besok pagi. #Sadarlah kau hidup dari bunga, jangan dibikin kayak kucing aja nasabah kau.
Not recommended to this bank at all. Annoying service. Customers are told to queue without a handle. What kind of bank is this ... Was told to wait after that was told to come back tomorrow morning. # Realize that you live on flowers, don't just make it like a cat, your customer.

Nasabah mau ke CS dari jam 7 tidak diberi nomor antri... lama banget antri CSnya 1 orang dilayani 1 jam. Lalu tellernya cuman 1 dan itu lama bangett, 1 nomor bisa 30 menit sendiri padahal masih antri puluhan nomor....
The customer wants to go to CS from 7 o'clock and is not given a queue number... the queue is too long. CS 1 person is served for 1 hour. Then there is only 1 teller and it's really long, 1 number can take 30 minutes by itself even though there are still dozens of numbers waiting in line....

Pengalaman ter BURUK selama melakukan transaksi di bank Customer disuruh menunggu diluar tanpa d berikan no antri, karena alasan masih ada 20 no antrian di dlm sedangkan papan loket sudah menunjukan no. Antian 20 Security dari awal bilang antrian masih panjang(Benar/tidak ?) Seakan akan mengusir costomer secara halus Cara bicara jg gk mau mendenarkan customer dan cenderung dominan tanpa mau kalah

Dari jam 10 pagi orang pada sepi di dalam ruangan bukannya di dahulukan yang suda stanbay Mala ngikuti antrian ngk tau orang nya di mana....

Layanan buruk antri dari jam 9 pagi dapat nomor 44 ditinggal pulang balik lagi belum juga kelar antrian dituggu sampai jam 2 ehhh malah disuruh pulang sama saptam alasan layanan BLA BLA BLA Masak CS melayani satu nasabah saja butuh waktu diatas 30 menit jika memang butuh waktu untuk layanan lama mbok ya ditambah itu .CS Dg biaya admin bulanan dan atm yg Rp17.000 sangat tidak layak medapat layanan yg semacam ini, jika boleh membandingkan layanan diantara bank disekitar area saya BNI ini memang terburuk berikutnya MANDIRI dan BRI terbaik

Cuma mau buka rekening .. ambil antrian hrus dri jam 07.00 . Yg antri sedikit .. tapi layanin 1 org bisa smpe 2 jam . Renspon harusnya langsung pada intinya permasalahan customer aja. Ga sah ada embel2nya .
I just want to open an account.. take a queue, it has to start at 07.00. The queue is a bit.. but serving 1 person can take up to 2 hours. The response should be straight to the point of the customer's problem. It's not legal to have frills.
