β β β β β Untuk pelayanan CS nya mantap, cepet dan bagus. Tapi untuk waktu tunggu ke CS nya kelamaan, tiket antrian selisih 5 tapi nunggunya sampe 1jam lebih. Dan tempat parkirnya sempit, karena emg lokasinya deket pasar dan tempat belanja. Yang lainnya oke.
For CS service, it is great, fast and good. But the waiting time for CS is too long, the queue ticket is 5 hours apart, but the wait is over 1 hour. And the parking lot is narrow, because the location is close to the market and shopping places. Everything else is okay.

β β β β β Pelayanananya ramah, bersih, adem, bagian cs ada 2 loket. Lama atau gak nya tergantung kepentingan cuatomer masing2 jd wajar klo agak lama, securitynya juga ramah dan memberi bantuan saat pertama datang ditanya mau apa jd bs dibantu, ada toilet bersih sayang ada di lt.2 jd buat disabilitas susah aksesnya,parkiran lumayan rame, lokasi persis dipinggir jalan
The service is friendly, clean, cool, the CS section has 2 counters. Long or not depends on the interests of each cuatomer so if it's a bit longer, the security is also friendly and gives help when first coming, asked what you want so can be helped, there is a clean toilet exactly on the side of the road

β β β β β Sejauh ini pelayanan bank terburuk sih.. Kirain BNI udah paling parah antrian nya. Ternyata ada yang lebih parah lagi ya ?
Alasan orang terpaksa bikin rekening CIMB:
1. PAYROLL
2. MITRA DRIVER ONLINE
3. NGUTANG.
klo ga mepet2 amat mah mending jangan dah ?
So far this is the worst bank service. I think BNI has the worst queues. It turns out that there is something even worse huh

β β β β β Pelayanannya lamaaa banget. Mana satpamnya kepo, body shaming, so tau, sksd, gak ada ramah-ramahnya ke costumer. Tolong dilatih lagi dong, ngerasa gak nyaman jadinya ambil pelayanan di situ. Mana gak ada lagi

β β β β β Pembukaan rekening ditolak dengan alasan katanya jenis rekeningnya sudah tidak ada. Padahal sudah konfirmasi melalui website dan CS CIMB pusat bahwa ada dan pembukaan joint account juga harus melalui cabang. Membuang waktu saya menunggu satu setengah jam lebih. Kecewa. Pelayanan buruk.
The account opening was refused on the grounds that the account type no longer existed. Even though it has been confirmed through the website and the central CIMB CS that there is and the opening of a joint account must also go through the branch. Wasting my time waiting over an hour and a half. Disappointed. Bad service.
