★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Securitynya kasi nomor antriannya gak sesuai urutan yang baru dateng malah duluan, CS nya juga lama, istirahat sampe jam 1 tapi nyatanya malah belum buka semua, sangaaaat mengecewakan, lamamaaaaaaaaaaaa bangetttt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari security sangat buruk. Beda, kalo nasabah pake seragam dinas/ASN. Padahal ngurusin duit sendiri, bukan mau ngemis duit.
Service from security is very bad. It's different, if the customer wears an official/ASN uniform. Even though you take care of your own money, you don't want to beg for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah buruk banget pelayanannya. Costumer service cuma ada satu. Teller banyak. Udah ngantri lama banget, masalah living mandiri saya ga selesai karna dibilang hapenya yang bermasalah. Saya pake aplikasi yang lain lancar2 aja. Review aplikasi bank mandiri saya upload, biar yang lain tau klo emang bank ini yang bermasalah dari manajemen cs offline, cs online, sampe apilkasinya!!!
I swear the service is really bad. There is only one customer service. Tellers a lot. I've been queuing for a very long time, my independent living problem hasn't been solved because it's said that my cellphone is the problem. I use another application and it works fine. I uploaded a review of the independent bank application, so that others know that this bank has problems from offline cs management, online cs, to the application!!!
