The account has been closed for about 3 months, there was a wrong transfer but it still entered the funds, it was still active. Cut costs again for admin & closing costs ... What kind of service is this

The service is quite fast if the queue is long enough there are officers who help unravel the queue

BCA is big, but only 5 open, it takes so long and the service is very hot, I don't know if this AC is on or not :(

Opening a new account takes a long time, almost 2 hours waiting for 1 queue, what kind of service is this, is it not Friday? I work like in the stone age!
