Pesen baby carrier lewat tokped. Setelah 5 hari baru di kasih tau bahwa barang yg saya pesen warnanya ngak ada. Ok saya ganti warna. Ehhh alasan kurirnya ngak pick up2. Akhirnya dia bilang cancel aja. Uang saya gantungggg hampir seminggu. Ngak jelas ini toko! Punya nomor customer service juga ngak bisa di telpon. Bener2 nyusahin customer.

Order baby carrier via tokped. After 5 days, I was notified that the color I ordered was not available. Ok, I changed the color. Ehhh the reason the courier doesn't pick up. Finally he said cancel. My money is hanging for almost a week. I can't believe this is a shop! If you have a customer service number, you can't even call. Really bother the customer.

Otomatis ke cancel karna lewat jam kirimnya. Trus beli lg pake blibli karna dijanjiin barang masuk kamis. Sampe kamis sore ga dikirim". Status cari kurir tp koq cancel terus. Akhirnya sabtu siang pas dpt kurir lg saya telp abang grab nya ternyata kata abangnya dr toko blg barang blom ready si abang disuruh cancel. Plis deh kalo barang emg ga ada harus nya info buyer biar kita bisa beli tempat lain. Ga ngerugiin abang grab. Stlh saya telp complain katanya sore itu mau dikirim jg. Tp sampe hari ini sabtu ga ke kirim" status cari driver dpt cancel terus. Bener" mengecewakan sekali. Barang ngegantung, duit jg jd ngegantung padahal harusnya bisa beli di tempat lain. Bener" ga rekomen belanja di sini ga lagi" deh. Nyusahin org aja
The service is terrible. Just buy a bottle of milk online for up to a week. First I bought it via toped but I was notified 2 days later if the item was empty it would be available the next day. Automatically canceled because it was past the delivery time. Then I bought it again using blibli because it was promised that the goods would arrive on Thursday. Until Thursday afternoon it wasn't delivered". The status is looking for a courier but it keeps canceling. Finally Saturday afternoon when I got the courier again, I called my brother, grabbing it, it turned out that his brother said from the store that the item wasn't ready yet, my brother was told to cancel. Please, if the item doesn't exist, it should be buyer's info so we can buy elsewhere. It doesn't hurt my brother, grab it. After I called and complained, he said that afternoon he wanted to send it too. But until today Saturday it didn't send "the status of looking for a driver can continue to be cancelled. It's really "very disappointing. Items hang, money also hangs even though you should be able to buy it elsewhere. It's true" I don't recommend shopping here anymore".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah ini toko, saya orde barang, belum ada 30 menit langsung chat minta pembatalan karena ada 1 item yang tidak ikut ter check out waktu pesan. Sedangkan saya sudaj bayar ongkos sameday. Saya chat baik2 minta tolong di terima pengajuan pembatalan nya, supaya bisa di buat order baru. Malah penjual nya ngotot suruh buat order baru, dimana saya jadi kena 2x ongkos gojek sameday. Padahal order saya sebelumnya belum di prosws sama skali. Kapookkkkkk belanja di toko ini
This is a bad shop, I ordered an item, there hasn't been 30 minutes of direct chat asking for cancellation because there is 1 item that was not checked out when ordering. While I have paid the same day fare. I chatted carefully asking for the cancellation request to be accepted, so that a new order could be made. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dropship di toko ini customer sy pakai instan minta dikirim sebelum jam 2, smpe jam setengah 1 dibilangnya masih proses. Busett lama banget pdhal cm popok doang. Ditambah sy sebelum checkout di webnya, sy telp ke babyzania bisa ngga pakai gojek tp dr platform lain awb nya, katanya bisa tinggal upload resi aja, mana saya tau klo harus pilih awb cashless yg disitu tulisannya hanya (a*teraja,j*e,j*t,sic*epat,dll) tanpa ada go*jek\gr*ab yg instan. Jadinya sy bayar ongkir 2x karna sy pilih kurir yg instan dan bisa check out klo bayar ongkir juga. Dan sy minta di refund ongkirnya aja lamaaaaaa bgt infonya, gatau bisa apa ngga. Proses dropship ya aja lamaaaaaa bgt. Tolong diperbaiki dong CSnya via telp\wa kasih info hrs jelas. Dan ini toko ngga rekomend banget yg mau mulai dropship. Lelet bgt.
I dropship at this shop, my customer uses instant asking to be sent before 2 o'clock, until 1 and a half hours he says it's still a process. Busett takes a very long time even though it's only a diaper. Plus, before checkout on the website, I called babyzania, you can't use Gojek, but from another awb platform, it says you can just upload the receipt, how do I know if I have to choose awb cashless where it says only (a*teraja, j*e, j*t, sic*epat, etc.) without any instant go*jek\gr*ab. So I paid 2x postage because I chose an instant courier and can check out if I pay for postage too. And I asked for a refund for the postage, it took so long for the info, I don't know if I can do it or not. The dropshipping process is just too long. Please fix the CS via telephone, give the information, it must be clear. And this shop is not really recommended for those who want to start dropshipping. Very slow.
