Saya heran sama bank bri cabang jl.bekasi timur no 206 cipinang saya mau bikin atm aja di bilang sudah habis ama satpam padahal saya datang aja belum buka banknya ko bisa habis tolong di perbaiki dalam pelayanan masyarakat

Satpamnya sok tau banget, nyesel intinya bner2 nyesel . Pelayanan nya kurang bangettt dibandingkan dengan bank2 yg lain.. walaupun Deket next time gak akan pernah kesitu lagi

Pelayanan pada bisu org dateng udh drtd ngomong ke offline/ apa yg bsa dibantu udh nunggu 30menitan bru satpam yg ngomong lg offline
The service is mute, people who have come, have stopped talking offline / what can I help with, have waited 30 minutes for the security guard to speak offline

Pelayanan sangat buruk.petugas kerja'y kurang tanggap,satpam'y juga kurang sopan blm juga d lihat berkas2 udah d bilang blm cair.2 bulan sy bolak balik..andai saja klo bs d urus d bank cabang lain sy mau cari bank lain aja dr pada d bank BRI cabang Cipinang.sungguh pelayanan sangat mengecewakan

Saya bawa uang dan buku tabungan untuk setor tabungan (12/01/2022) a/n istri, qq a/n anak di bri cabang jl.bekasi timur 204, uangnya diterima trus dapet tanda terima, tapi buku tidak bisa dicetak setorannya karena saya bukan pemilik buku tabungan. Kalo pemilik datang dan bawa buku tabungan, buku tabungannya baru bisa dicetak... Siapa yg bikin kebijakan itu.??? merepotkan dan bikin bete.!!! Tolong postingan ini tidak hanya dibaca, tapi ambil kebijakan dan tindakan yg tidak merepotkan, tidak merugikan dan tidak bikin bete nasabah.!!!
I brought money and a savings book to deposit savings (12/01/2022) a/n wife, qq a/n children at bri branch Jl. Bekasi Timur 204, received the money then got a receipt, but the book can't be printed for the deposit because I'm not the owner of the passbook. If the owner comes and brings a passbook, the new passbook can be printed... Who made the policy??? troublesome and annoying.!!! Please don't just read this post, but take policies and actions that are not troublesome, don't harm and don't make customers feel bad.!!!

Pelayanan yg sangat buruk, mau cairin PIP anak katanya nggak ada saldonya. Bukannya memberikan solusi yapi malah langsung suruh ke cabang yg pertama kali buka rekening. Hallo, ini kan sama2 bank BRI. Info dari bri cabang lain bisa di ambil dari cabang mana. Parah memang pelayanan di cabang ini. Security juga jauh dari kata ramah. Akhirnya saya ke cabang lain, dan disana dana PIP anak saya bisa cair. Nggak salah kalo banyak ulasan disini ngasih bintang 1. Management Tolong diperbaiki dari semua aspek di cabang bri ini
