THE SECRET IS AWESOME, THE SECRET IS OTHER THAN THE OTHERS.. GETTING THE ORDER FIRST, INSTEAD OF THEY ALWAYS ASKED TO ENTER IN EVEN THE queuing at the back is told to enter first, what do you do with the long queue being told to enter first???
It's better if you are told to queue at the back of the queue outside, you can have coffee or smoke first, and those who queue first are told to come in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak jelas, dateng jam 7 panas2 diluar buka jam 9 dapet antrian CS B003 yang disuruh masuk nomor antrian yg belakangan. Bukan masalah dipanggilnya, tapi panas diluar gk ada tenda gk ada kursi. Satpam ky satpam bingung. Ribet!
It's not clear, coming at 7 o'clock in the heat outside, opening at 9 o'clock, got a queue of CS B003 who was told to enter the last queue number. It's not a problem to be called, but it's hot outside, there's no tent, there's no chair. Security guard ky security guard confused. Complicated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ orang mah di permudah mau buka tabungan, ini malah suruh ke Rawamangun wkwk ampe izin kerja gw cuma gara gara mau nabung BNI Taplus muda, masalahnya duitnya udh gw bawa bnyk malah suruh ke Rawamangun wkwk.
It's easier for people to open a savings account, instead, they told me to go to Rawamangun, until I got my work permit, just because I wanted to save a young BNI Taplus, the problem is that I brought a lot of money and I even ordered it to Rawamangun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy sangat kecewa sekali dgn Bank BNI,ini mau ngurus BSU aja sudah kyk orang ngemis,apa lagi dgn kebijakannya sering ber ubah-ubah suru daftar jam 01:00 pagi,eh sekarang sudah berubah lagi suru datang jam 16:00,untuk pendaftaran BSU yg bener yg mana,kebijakan dari SATPAMnya/manajemen BNInya?
I'm very disappointed with Bank BNI, it's just like taking care of BSU, it's like people begging, what's more with the policy that often changes, please register at 01:00 in the morning, now it's changed again, come at 16:00, for BSU registration Which one is correct, the policy from the security guard/BNI management?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilaaa baru kali ini saya dijulidin sama CS BNI, perkara di KTP saya pake kerudung sampe disindir “kok di KTP berjilbab, aslinya gak” abis gitu ketawain saya berulang HAHAHAHA LOL sumpah sopan yaaa bicara begitu?
Kpd bu CS YANG TIDAK SAYA HORMATI, saya kesini cuma buat registrasi mbanking, TOLONG JANGAN BUAT NASABAH TIDAK NYAMAN DENGAN PERKATAAN ANDA. Saya ke bank bukan ke krumunan ibu2 komplek!
It's crazy, this is the first time I've been tied up with CS BNI, the case on my ID card was wearing a headscarf until it was quipped "why is the ID card wearing a headscarf, it's not original" after that I laughed over and over HAHAHAHA LOL I swear politely say that?
To Ms. CS, WHO I DON'T RESPECT, I'm only here to register for banking, PLEASE DON'T MAKE CUSTOMERS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH YOUR WORDS. I went to the bank, not to a group of complex mothers!
