★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah ngantri dari jam 11 dpt antrian no 11 di CS tp jam 12 teng disuruh pulang dlu karna CS nya mau istirahat. Kenapa ndak dihabisin dlu nasabah yg tinggal 2 baru istirahat atau seperti bank lain yg istirahatnya gantian. Kalau memang jam 12 tutup ndak melayani nasabah ya sejak awal jangan boleh nasabah masuk buat ambil no antrian donk.
