★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Udah diluar nunggu didalem lebih lama lagi nunggunya. Antrian udah kelewat masih dilayani aja. Antrian selanjutnyai harus nunggu lagi. Belum kalo ada yang kekurangan data nanti balik lagi. Stngh jam antrian ga maju".
Bad service. Already outside waiting inside for even longer waiting. The queue is too late, still being served. The next queue will have to wait again. Not yet, if there is a lack of data, they will come back later. After all, the queue clock doesn't advance".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalian itu di bayar oleh siapa? . kerja lelet. Antri lama banget.. Banyak ibu ibu ngantri dari pagi kasian. Buabg waktu lama banget. Manager knp ga minta kantor lebih luas lagi karyawan yg cepet + nambah cs lagi.. Kasian pak jokowi uda cape capek bawahannya santai jasa.. Heran.. Kerja ditunda tunda katanya trouble tp kok jam jam an .
Who are you paying for? . slow work. The queue is very long.. Many mothers have been queuing since the morning, poor. Waste a very long time. Why doesn't the manager ask for a wider office, employees who quickly + add more cs.. Poor Mr. Jokowi, tired, tired, his subordinates are relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah ngantri dr jm 8 , ampe am 1 blum jg dipanggil padahal cuman mau nabung , teller nya cuman satu bagaimana ini , kantor pusat k?teler dan customer servicenya cmn ada 1 orang biasanya masing2 dua orang? parah , padahal antrian ny no40 . Kalau mau kariyawan barunya diseimbangkan dengan adanya kariyawan lama biar ga nunggu parah .

It's so bad queuing from 8 am, until 1 am I haven't been called yet even though I just want to save money, there's only one teller, how is this, the head office is high and the customer service is only 1 person, usually two people each? it's bad, even though the queue is number 40. If you want the new employees to be balanced with the old ones, so you don't have to wait too long.

yang diutamakan bantuan untuk pelajar, sedangkan BSU yang datang awal semua rata kebagian jam 3 sore, ngantri dari jam 9 baru masuk BANK jam 2 sore, selama nunggu masuk hanya disediakan kursi + terik matahari
ga jelas nih sistem Bank nya ,
BSU disbursement November 29 took 6 hours 30 minutes, disappointing, unprofessional
the priority is for assistance to students, while the BSU who arrive early all get the average at 3 pm, queue from 9 am to enter the BANK at 2 pm, while waiting to enter only chairs are provided + hot sun
it's not clear what the bank system is,
