Harusnya pihak KUA lebih selektif lagi nyari buat pegawai yg ngurus surat2nya
It's really bad that I took care of the wrong marriage certificate for 5 times
The KUA should be more selective when it comes to employees who take care of their papers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang.. tidak memberikan informasi dengan jelas. tidak mengulik seputar KUA yang akan di tuju , padahal sudah bertanya alamat rekom nya di di ganti kemana untuk di perbaiki ,tp ternyata salah dan harus buat kembali .

Service is lacking.. does not provide clear information. didn't look at the KUA to be addressed, even though I asked for the address of the recommendation where to change it to be repaired, but it turned out to be wrong and had to be made again.
