β β β β β Pelayananya jelek. Pdahal ada no antri. Jelas2 saya udah pegang no antrian. Ada yg nyerobot gk digubris. Yg satunya lagi pura2 gk liat saya. Pdhal gk ada customer lain. Sisa saya doang. Tapi dia malah gk mau nengok ke arah saya. Pdhal saya cmn mau bikin e banking. Tapi nunggu 1 jam gk guna. Udah gitu gk dibantu sampe selesai, dia suruh aktivin dirumah dengan langkah2 yg gk jelas.
Udah selesai saya aktivin, gk dapet sms aktivasi token mulu.
Bad service. Even though there is no queue. Obviously I have a queue number. There are those who grab the attention. The other one pretends not to see me. At no other customer. I only left. But he didn't even want to look at me. Even though I want to make e-banking. But waiting for 1 hour doesn't work. Already so not helped until finished, he told activin at home with steps that are not clear.
I have finished activating, I can't get SMS token activation.

β β β β β BRI Unit Sindangkasih saya lihat sangat ngantri banget. Hal ini karena para nasabah saya lihat kurang begitu paham dengan internet banking. Sehingga semua aktifitas perbankan di lakukan di Teller bank. Ini tantangan buat petugas BRI untuk lebih mengedukasi para nasabah dengan layanan internet banking.
I see BRI Sindangkasih Unit very queued up. This is because my customers don't really understand internet banking. So that all banking activities are carried out at the bank teller. This is a challenge for BRI officers to better educate customers with internet banking services.
