Hati2 bawa uang di atm ini bnyk bermasalah. 1 x masukin password salah pdhal udh bnr mskin paswordnya. 2x tetep salah pdhal udh sngt teliti msjin paswordnya tetep salah juga. K 3x d bntu sm tukar parkir d saksiin paswordnya bnr2 sesuai. Ttep tidak masuk. Dan akhirnya kblokir. Lain hari sy mau ambil uang udh masuk k sistem. Struk keluar, saldo berkurang. Tp uangnya tidak ada. Pdhal sya darurat btuh uang dan tengah malam lg. Akhirnya tidak jadi dan akhirnya bsknya ke kntor cabang dan emang sistemnya eror dan uang d gnti. Tp ttep nmbah stres nmbah kerjaan ni atm. Dan bkan saya aja. Bmyk.juga tetangga sm. Mknya hati2 deh. dan saran aym dsini mnding ttup. Juga tller dan cs nya tlong di didik lg untuk ramah senyum sm nasabah. Ni sinis bngt kaya mau mnta sumbangan aja. ??????

Cs nyah ko aneh , belum beres no antrian udah kelayapan maen pergi aja , cs yang 1 cuma urusin uang bantuan , lah trus yang buat antrin kapan ? Kalau 1 CS ga bisa ke hendle atu , ini yang ngantri banyak pa petugas Bri , Cape" ngantri , ngedahuluin yang pencairan , Aku si ga masalah , tapi kasian antrian di atas aku , ibu" lagi , sampe dia ngomong , ko lama , yang dapet antrian malah belum" maju , Jadi percuma atu dapet antrian kalau ga di tanggapi mah ??

Saya sangat kecewa sekali atas keputusan satpam/karyawan Bank BRI bantar. Jd kronologinya sy datang ke BRI bantar karna atas permintaan dr BRI pusat Tasikmalaya ingin membawa nomor antrian/Bantuan BPUM. Pas sy sudah ke BRI Bantar bapak satpam suruh sy untuk ke desa sesuai Ktp untuk dimintai nomor antrian dan bapak satpam itu bilang kalo tidak mendapat nomor antrian dr desa bisa langsung ke BRI bantar hari sabtu. Barusan sy sudah ke BRI bantar dr pagi2 sy tungguin dengan semakin banyak orang. Setelah 3jam sy nunggu buka eh bapak satpam yang satu nya lagi bilang kalo tidak akan membagikan nomor antrian acak. Saya heran knp jadi tidak dibagikan nomor antriannya? Padahal sy sudah tanya itu sy kapan bisa ambil nomor antriannya, tidak tahu dan gaakan ada lagi nomor yang dibagikan ucapnya. Padahal itu hak kita yang mendapat bantuan Bpum. Gimana sih? Terus kalo tidak dibagikan nomornya bantuannya akan hangus dong?

Pelayanan nya yg kali ini cs nya lamaaaaaa sekali yaa antrian tinggal 2 nomor lagi aja 2 jam guys hahaha mau daftar m.banking aja lama terus katanya susah, lahhh gimana toh masa udh ngnteri 2 jam bikinnya katanya susah lah situ kan kerja gimna sih, klo ga bisa jngan di taro di cs ga bisa layanin, kecewa sekali pokonya
