★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antrian CS nya lama bgt, seharusnya tiap masing2 cs itu memberikan waktu max 20menit dalam bertransaksi, tapi ini malah harus nunggu lebih dari 1jam tidak bisa mengefisienkan waktu. pelayanannya not bad
The CS queue is really long, each CS should give a maximum of 20 minutes to transact, but instead, having to wait for more than 1 hour can't make time efficient. the service is not bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian CS kalau bisa jam 5 pagi,satpamnya yang ngasih nomor antrian tersebut.
Tidak perlu tulis di kertas,takutnya satpam kong kalingkong dah,sama nasabah yang dekat.dpt duit dah....
2 minggu ngantri belum dapat antrian juga.masa harus lewat CALO NOMOR ANTRIAN...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya buruk antri dari jam 9 baru selesai jam stngh3 kocak yg didahuluin yg setor pinjaman n pensiuan tanpa harus antri tp yg antri dari pagi kayak ga dianggep ?♀️
The service is bad queuing from 9 o'clock just finished at stngh3 the funny ones are preceded by those who deposit loans and retire without having to queue but those who queue from the morning don't seem to be considered ?♀️

Ibu hamil aja gak boleh di dlm hrus nunggu diluar padahal di dlm sepi gak rame
Di rs dimana pun ibu hamil boleh diutamkan ini boro2
Hanya untuk menunggu didlm aja tidak boleh padahal posisididalam gak rame
Baru kali ini ke bank sekecewa ini
Ditambah satpam pun gak ramah
Ada beberapa petugas gak pake masker pdhl masih covid, yg lain antri sedangkan klo ada org dalem lansung diduluin. Luar biasa sekala pelayanan nya. Udh banyak yg komplain bukan diperbaikin tapi masih nambah buruk

There are some officers who don't wear masks even though they are still covid, others are queuing while if there are people inside, they are immediately taken first. Its service is extraordinary. There have been many who have complained, not repaired but still getting worse
