Lebih baik untuk membantu dan mengarahkan penerima layanan ketika terlihat bingung, saya sampai tiga kali keluar masuk ruangan untuk bertanya form dimana dan cara pengisiannya namun selalu di jawab "ambil di luar, diisi di luar" serta mengarahkan saya untuk langsung antri tanpa nomor antrian sehingga terkesan memotong nomor antrian orang lain.
