Meja CS 2 tapi yg ngisi cuma 1 , itupun lemot & bolak balik melayani nya, kayak orang magang. nunggu 2jam lebih belum diselesai selesai. sangat mengecewakan pelayanan bank ini.
CS table 2 but only 1 is filled, and even then it's slow & back and forth serving, like an intern. Waited for more than 2 hours and it's not finished yet. very disappointing service of this bank.

Berulang kali kesini tapi CS pasti antrian banyak, padahal ada 2 meja CS tapi hanya di buka satu, ke BANK biar cepat proses nya , waktunya habis hanya untuk antri Semoga segera dibenahi
Been here many times but CS must have a lot of queues, even though there are 2 CS tables but only one is open, go to the BANK so the process is fast, time runs out just to queue Hopefully it will be fixed soon

Sekarang sebagian besar fungsi bank bisa dilakukan online. Kita ke bank mostly untuk fungsi pelayanan seperti cs yg harus offline. Tapi front office untuk cs hanya satu sehingga antrian mengular. Space ruang tunggu tidak mencukupi sehingga nasabah harus panas2an di luar. Kualitas pelayanan yg sangat minim dari suatu bank yg fungsi utamanya ke pelayanan.
Now most of the bank's functions can be done online. We go to the bank mostly for service functions such as cs which have to be offline. But there is only one front office for cs so the queue is snaking. There is not enough waiting room space, so customers have to heat up outside. Very minimal service quality from a bank whose main function is service.

Buka kartu ATM yg keblokir, bayar 5000 Tempat sempit, kursi diberi 2 jarak dalam rangka social distancing. Cuci tangan dulu dan ukur suhu sebelum masuk. Kartu antri masih manual bukan yg menggunakan mesin. Pelayan B aja mulai dari satpam sampai ke CS.
Open the blocked ATM card, pay 5000 Narrow place, seats are given 2 distances in the framework of social distancing. Wash your hands first and measure the temperature before entering. The queue card is still manual, not one that uses a machine. Waiter B, from the security guard to CS.

cs lumayan ramah dan seorang diri handle puluhan orang, udah gitu masih diselingin/diserobot pencairan KUR atau ambil jaminan KUR itu yang bikin antrian mengular...dari jam 8 pagi dengan antrian no 7 jam set 11 baru kelar urusan di CS mana meja cs yg keisi cmn 1, harusnya bagian KUR dan bansos ada CS tersendiri.satpam juga bad attitude manggil nasabah dengan cara ketuk2 meja!!! mbak teller yang berkerudung judes dan jutek parah sampai saya sendiri yang bilang Terimakasih ke mbak tellernya!!!
cs is quite friendly and handles dozens of people alone, that's how it is still being interspersed / snatched away by KUR disbursement or taking the KUR guarantee which makes the queue snaking... from 8 am with queue no 7 hours set 11 just finished business at CS which cs table is Fill in cmn 1, the KUR and social assistance sections should have their own CS. The security guard also has a bad attitude when he calls customers by tapping on the table!!! Ms. teller who wears a bitchy hood and is so bad at it that I myself say thank you to Ms. teller!!!
