★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin akan sedikit sulit menemukan bank ini karena ngga ada tulisan pendukung yang cukup besar dan jelas di depannya.
Gedungnya juga mepet sama Bank Permata, malah keliatannya seperti 1 gedung aja.
Parkiran sangat terbatas, hanya bisa untuk 1 mobil masuk. Motorpun sangat terbatas.
ATM ada di lantai dasar (sepertinya ngga 24-jam), sedangkan untuk CS dan teller ada di lantai 2. Saat masuk ada satpam yang cek suhu badan dan menanyakan keperluan.
Ruang di lantai 2 ngga begitu luas, ada 2 meja CS. Kursi buat nasabah yg antri hanya bisa untuk 2-3 orang saja.
Pelayanan dari CS cukup ramah, helpful dan informatif. Sayang agak kurang cepet aja untuk proses buka rekening baru disini.
Semoga bisa sering kesini buat setor tunai.
It might be a little difficult to find this bank because there is no large and clear supporting writing in front of it.
The building is also close to Bank Permata, in fact it looks like just one building.
Parking is very limited, only 1 car can enter. The motor is very limited.
The ATM is on the ground floor (it doesn't seem like it's 24-hours), while the CS and tellers are on the 2nd floor. When you enter, there is a security guard who checks your body temperature and asks what you need.
The space on the 2nd floor is not that wide, there are 2 CS tables. Seats for customers who are queuing can only accommodate 2-3 people.
The service from CS is quite friendly, helpful and informative. It's a shame it's a bit slow for the process of opening a new account here.
Hopefully I can come here often to deposit cash.
