Sama cs nya juga kebanyakan becanda..
Mau ganti kartu , minta kartu atm ga da sopan2nya maen langsung dibawa lg ke cs nya , ga sopan bgt , ngomong dong baek2, pelayanannya gak bagus!!!
 I swear to you here, with the security guards ...
Cs same is also mostly kidding ..
Want to change the card, ask for an atm card and not politely take it straight to the CS, it's not very polite, say good, the service is not good !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya angkuh sekali. Padahal saya datang di pagi hari, harusnya masih prima pelayanan nya. Buku rekening saya diletakkan di meja dengan sedikit dilempar di meja. Boro-boro ada welcome greeting, dipersilahkan duduk pun tidak selama dia mengakses kartu atm saya di mesin edc. Tidak kebayang kalo yg dia layani adalah orangtua atau orang yg tidak mengerti aplikasi brimo. Mohon ditindaklanjuti pegawai seperti ini. Terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ambil BLT UMKM..kata satpam dirint dulu udah cair blm..waktu print hari rabu.setelah diprint uang sudah ada.terus dia bilang hari Senin balik lagi.ketika Senin balik lagi..satpamnya kurang peduli terus saya tanya.dia bilang ambil antrian dulu.nanti Kamis balik lagi.yang benar itu bagai mana.mentang2 orang kecil.saya tukang bengkel sepeda memang butuh modal.gk jelas

I'll be back on Thursday. What's the truth about it. It's tough for small people. I'm a bicycle repairman. I really need capital. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuma mau kasih kritik saran aja..apalagi sama security-nya.kalo semisalnya emng ga bs untuk ambil BSU tolong jangan bilang dengan alasan nama si penerima bsu tidak ada dan malah dsruh ke bank lain....bilang aja jujur kalo emng ga nerima pelayanan untuk cairin BSU...udh dtg pagi pagi...ngantrii lamaaaa bgt...ga taunya dsruh ke bank lain....ngerugiin waktu orang ....
I just want to give criticism and suggestions.. especially the security. If for example, you can't take BSU, please don't say because the name of the BSU recipient doesn't exist and instead send it to another bank.... just tell the truth if you don't accept it. the service for disbursing BSU... it's already here in the morning... the queue is really long... don't know if it's sent to another bank... it's a waste of people's time....
