Sebenernya rame, banyak yg berminat ke bank ini, tapi pelayanan lambat, trus Tellernya cuma satu dgn alasan yg satu sakit, emng gk ada gantinya,knp gk cari penggantinya, Kalo karyawannya sakit semua, gk ada gantinya, tutup donk Bank nya
Actually it's crowded, many people are interested in this bank, but the service is slow, then there's only one teller with one reason being sick, there's really no replacement, why can't you find a replacement? If all the employees are sick, there is no replacement, please close the bank

Jam buka pelayanan bank tidak sesuai dgn jadwal. Di jadwal pelayanan buka jam 08.00 kenyataannya 08.25 masih belum dilayani, dan para petugas bank blm datang. Antrian tidak menerapkan prokes dan sangat berkerumun sekali. Semoga bank BRI Citayam dapat memperbaiki layanannya

Pas masuk bank di sapa oleh 3 pak satpam yang ramah, dan membantu para nasabahnya. Untuk teller ramah, dan untuk penampilannya juga tidak menunjukkan sebagai teller dan cs bank. Untuk lama menunggu lumayan lama, ngantri nomor jam 7. Dapat nomornya jam 8, dan itu no 26. Dan baru bisa ke cs nya jam 12 lewat. Mungkin karena nasabahnya atau karena cs nya yang baru. Padahal daftar via online malamnya. Antrian sama aja dengan daftar ditempat. Saran kedepannya agar lebih cepat agar para nasabahnya yang ke cs tidak menunggu berjam-jam, seperti bank swasta lainnya. Untuk nasabahnya jangan berlama-lama kalo udah di cs. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.???

And only able to go to his cs at 12 past. Maybe because of the customer or because of the new cs. Even though register via online at night. The queue is the same as the list in place. Suggestions in the future to be faster so that customers who go to cs do not wait for hours, like other private banks. For customers, don't linger if you're already in cs. Untuk sambutan mah udah formalitas ya setiap masuk bank manapun juga disambut dengan ramah sama security nya. Cuma tolong laaaah untuk BRI citayam udah tau setiap hari rame apalagi pas masa pandemi gini. Tolong lah untuk CS nya ditambah, jangan nasabah aje ditambahin, CS tuh tambahin. Udah cuma 2 kadang yg 1 kosong meja nya. Pengalaman saya no urut 31 dr panggilan no urut 17 nungguin dr jam 10 jam 2 baru selesai. Kasian CS nya juga keteran kali. Tolong ditambahin lah karyawan nya biar lebih efektif!

Just please, for BRI Citayam, you know it's busy every day, especially during this pandemic. Please add the CS, don't just add the customer, add the CS. It's only been 2, sometimes 1 is empty. My experience is serial number 31 from serial number 17, waiting from 10 hours to 2 hours to finish. Too bad the CS is too obvious. Please add more employees to make it more effective!

Pelayanan terbilang lambat dan kurang ramah serta antrian yang panjang saya hampir 4 jam menunggu hanya untuk penbayaran restruk bank Sangat tidak reccomend lain kali cari bank lain saja yang pelayanannya lebih baik.
The service is fairly slow and unfriendly and the queue is long. I waited almost 4 hours just for payment for bank receipts. I really don't recommend next time looking for another bank with better service.

Sangat buruk... Layanan CS nya lama...sehingga antrian jadi lama. Petugas security nya tidak ramah dan tidak sopan. Coba security nya itu ditatar lagi pelayanan customernya... Security sok dan belagu
Very bad... The CS service is long...so the queue is long. The security officer is unfriendly and impolite. Try the security, the customer service is reorganized... Security is pretentious and stupid
