2. Customer service dengan Bobby tidak Sofan suarah nya lebih kenceng dari pada Customer tolong di perhatikan.
3. CS selalu memotong pembicaraan Customer
Mohon lebih di edukasi kembali tata cara mencari cs yang baik.

β β β β β Di Aplikasi BPJSTk menyarankan kesini untuk pengeklaiman. Tapi pas sampe tempat ternyata gabisa kata si satpam, sudah 5 bulan tidak bekerja sama. Tapi di aplikasi menunjukan kesini, gimana ya,Kira-kira siapa yg bertanggung jawab akan hal seperti ini?
