★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan customer service nya kurang bagus. Masa mw ganti Pin karna salah aja harus d lempar ke bank unit tangcity..alasanya karna pembukaan pertama disana. Ahirnya nyoba d unit lain. (selain tangcity) ttep bisa.
The customer service is not good. The period of changing the pin is because I have to throw it wrong at the tangcity unit bank ... usually because the first opening is there. Finally try another unit. (other than tangcity) but you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRI cab cimone pelayanan nya kurang bagus ...terutama bag CS nya...coba drombak ulang tuh pegawsi CS nya...masa nunggu antrian dr jam 1.30 ssmpe jsm 15.30 tidak terselesaikan apa yg saya butuhkan....1 nasabah bikin buku tabungan aja sampe 3 jam cm karna tanda tangan nya tidak cocok sm KTP...CS nya yg dsebelah bu dede...sy lupa namanya...klo perlu bsk sy ksana datang untuk liat lg nama si CS nya....g puass klo perlu sy hub call center BRI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran untuk pelayanan harap di tingkatkan untuk kecepatan teler dan cs supaya antrian engga sampai menumpuk mudah mudahan bisa lebih baik lagi pelayanannya ,ada mesin atm di sini , kalau untuk parkir motor di sini bisa kalo untuk parkir mobil susah karena lahannya terbatas , enaknya ini pinggir jalan jadi mudah kalau cari angkot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus ditempat ini kalo kepepet aja,soalnya semenjak saya kesini pegawai jarang ada yang ramah (kecuali satpam) dan pelayanan kurang nyaman
Take care of this place if you're in a hurry, because since I've been here the employees are rarely friendly (except the security guard) and the service is not comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari dl teller sm CS judess semua,,terpaksa aja di BRI Krn gaji lewat situ,kl gak mah mending pilih BCA or BNI, pegawainya ramah dan good attitude,gak ky BRI Cimone ini gak punya manner dan tata Krama ???????
From inside, all tellers and CS are judess, all of them are forced to go to BRI because the salary is there, if you don't want to choose BCA or BNI, the employees are friendly and have a good attitude, it's not like BRI Cimone doesn't have manners and manners ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk ATM kadang error, parkiran sempit tapi ada tukang parkirnya. Untuk antrian setiap BRI pasti penuh. Mbak teller nya cerewet tapi ramah.
