β β β β β Security-nya terlalu kepo. Tinggal tanya aja mau apa terus tunjukin ke cs atau ke teller. Kasian orang awam yang ga ngerti. Diminta in liat buku rekening ya segala sama security-nya ya nasabah awam mah dikasih2 aja. Padahal itu privasi si nasabah. Perlu di ajarkan etitud Nih security-nya dan dikroscek gimana seharusnya jd security.
The security is too cocky. Just ask what you want and show it to cs or the teller. Sorry for the common people who don't know. Asked to see the account book, everything is the same as the security, yes, ordinary customers are given it. After all, it's the customer's privacy. β β β β β Pelayanan security kurang, lebih baik bank swasta. Saya ambil nomor antrian untuk pip di teller no.11 untuk kakak saya karena kaka saya kerja dengan upah harian yg dimana kalo tidak masuk 1 hari saja tidak di upah oleh perusahaan dan juga orang tua tunggal pas nomor antrian di sebut no.11 oleh security saya bilang pak minta tolong nomor antrian setelah saya dulu yg di layani saya ambil nomor antrian buat kaka saya karena kaka saya kerja dan sedang menuju ke lokasi, saya belum selesai ngomong nomor antrian saya ditarik dan security bilang tidak bisa harus ambil nomor antrian baru lagi.
Tidak seperti di bank lain kalonya kelewat bisa tunggu pelayanan berikut, tidak dari ulang menunggu ambil nomor antrian baru.

I took the queue number for pip at teller no.11 for my sister because my brother works with a daily wage which if he doesn't enter for 1 day the company will not pay him and also a single parent when the queue number is called no.11 by my security said sir, I asked for a queue number, after I was served first, I took a queue number for my brother because my sister was working and was heading to the location, I haven't finished talking about my queue number being withdrawn and security said I can't have to take a new queue number again.
Unlike in other banks, if it's too late, you can wait for the following service, not from waiting for a new queue number.

Hopefully it will get better, better go straight to the office, the CS number listed is a fraud!!!

Jam 11:30 saya sampe lokasi saya mau ambil nomor antrian katnaya nomor antrian belom di rapiin ..tunggu nanti jam 12:30 krna lgi pd istirahat petugas nya ..
Saya putuskan tunggu di tempat krna malas bolak balik ..
Pas jam 12:00 saya tany lagi ini saya masih bs ga benerin pin atm yg keblokirr..
malah jawab nya antrian nya udah penuh di suruh datang besok lagi ..
Knp ga blang dr td ..
Ngapain di suruh datang lagi jam 13:30 ..

Tanya layanan malah di putus dan minta nomor rekening lain.
padahal ketika datang langsung ke CS tidak seperti yang di minta.
