Pelayananya bagus dan memuaskan namun sayang berada pada lantai 2 dan agak sukar naik bagi manula.

Saya bingung dengan satpam di sini. Emangnya ga ditraining dulu ya sebelum jadi satpam bank? Seenggaknya diajarin ATTITUDE nya lah. Bukannya SIKAP itu paling utama ya??? Apalagi ini berkaitan dengan nasabah / konsumen yang menggunakan jasa bank tsb. Emang beda banget loh pelayanan dari satpam Bank DKI cabang ini sama satpam di Bank DKI cabang lain atau bank BRI dan Mandiri. Saya ngerasain sendiri kok. Di bank lain, satpam nya punya ATTITUDE, nasabah baru datang dibukain pintu dengan senyum tentunya, nasabah bisa masuk dulu baru ditanyain mau ngapain. Okelah kalau untuk pengguna KJP / KJMU pelayanannya ga sebagus nasabah biasanya. Tapi ga sampe bikin 'ribut' juga kan? Memang satpam di sini yang namanya Bapak M. Agung A. S. sebenernya udah terkenal banget di ibu2 KJP daerah sini. Maaf banget tapi terkenal karena arogan nya yah yang katanya suka marah2, galak, dsb. Ya itu sih kata ibu2 KJP di sini soalnya saya sendiri juga BELUM pernah ngalamin karena sebenarnya saya juga jarang banget kalo ada apa2 dengan KJMU, saya lari ke cabang ini. Eh, baru ini saya kesana... Sudah disambut dengan celotehan bapak satpam yang tidak MENGENAKKAN. Seharusnya bapak ini bisa bicara secara pelan dan baik2 loh. Emang enak ya, kalo ngomong sama orang yang suara nya ditinggiin kayak ngebentak gitu? Apalagi ini sama orang yang ga dikenal. SAKIT HATI banget kan rasanya ya Allah... Saya bingung, dia bukannya menenangkan dengan cara minta maaf atau bagaimana lah yang seharusnya, ini malah kesannya ingin 'mengajak ribut' terus. Sedih dan kecewa banget kok bisa sebegitunya astagfirullah..?. Btw ini bapak nya duluan yang mulai ngomong ga ngenakin dan ngebentak ya. Saya menghargai kok apa saja profesi orang, agar saya dapat dihargai kembali juga?. Dan... emangnya si bapak ga mikir apa ya kalo nantinya saya mau nabung tapi karena ada pengalaman kayak gini jadi trauma dan ga pengen nabung di Bank DKI. Rugi gak sih kalo kayak gitu? Alhamdulillah nya saya kalo nabung di Mandiri. Ini karena KJMU aja, jadi kalo ada masalah harus ke Bank DKI hmm.. Maaf banget yaaa, saya gabakalan nulis panjang lebar begini kalo gak KECEWA banget sama Bapak Agung. Bapak Agung kalau mau dihargai orang coba belajar menghargai orang lain dulu..?. Semoga bapak nya sehat2 terus yah, langgeng sama jobnya.?
I'm confused with the security guard here. Didn't you train before you became a bank security guard? At least it's taught ATTITUDE. Isn't ATTITUDE the most important ??? Moreover, this relates to customers / consumers who use the services of the bank page. It is really different, the service from this branch of DKI Bank security guard is the same as the security guard at another branch of DKI Bank or BRI and Mandiri banks. I feel it myself. At other banks, security guards have ATTITUDE, new customers come to the door with a smile of course, customers can go in first and then asked what to do. It's OK that for KJP / KJMU users the service isn't as good as regular customers. But it didn't make it 'noisy' right? Indeed, the security guard here, whose name is Mr. M. Agung A. S., is actually already very well known in the KJP ladies here. I'm really sorry, but it's famous for being arrogant, which is said to be angry, fierce, etc. Yes, that's what the KJP mothers say here, because I myself haven't experienced it before because actually I also rarely really do anything with KJMU, I ran to this branch. Uh, I just got there now ... It's been greeted by the babble of security guards who are NOT WONDERFUL. This gentleman should be able to speak slowly and well. Is it really good, when talking to people whose voices are raised like that? Moreover, this is the same person who is not known. HEART IS REALLY O God ... I am confused, he did not calm down by apologizing or how it should be, it even felt like he wanted to 'make a fuss' all the time. So sad and disappointed how could such astagfirullah ... ?. Btw this is the father who started talking not sure and yelled. I appreciate what the profession of people is, so that I can be appreciated again too?. And ... what does the father think, if I want to save later, but because there is experience like this, I am traumatized and don't want to save at Bank DKI. Isn't it loss like that? Alhamdulillah, if I save at Mandiri. This is because of the KJMU, so if there is a problem, you have to go to Bank DKI, hmm ... I'm really sorry, I didn't write at length like this if I was not DISAPPOINTED to Mr. Agung. Mr. Agung, if you want to be appreciated, try to learn to respect others first ... ?. Hopefully the father is healthy and well, lasting with the job

Pelayanan nya Buruk Baru kali ini saya liat costumer service bersuara tinggi (TeriakΒ² ) kepada nasabah padahal nasabah Tersebut orang tua .. Mungkin karna orang tua itu hanya ngurus BST kali yaa jadi di anggap rendah sama mba nya Miris dengan sikap costumer servicenya meskipun coba kalo orang tua anda di perlakukan seperti itu apa anda Terima ?
The service is bad. This is the first time I have seen customer service with a high voice (screaming) to a customer even though the customer is an old person.. Maybe it's because the parents only take care of BST, so they are considered low by the lady. Sad about the attitude of the customer service, even if you try if your parents are treated like that, what do you accept?
