★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dari jam 9 pagi masuk jam setengah 3 mau benerin atm yg disable malah di suruh nya download aplikasi Brimo, mau ambil uang dari tabungan di bank malah di tolak alesan nya di suruh ambil sendiri di atm parah sih ini pelayanan nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke bank selama masa pandemi. This is the worst place. Satpam kurang ramah dan proaktif thd nasabah dari awal datang, ga kyk bank sebelah hehe. Ruang tunggu diluar gedung sangat tidak nyaman dan panas. Aneh banget padahal ruang sebesar itu kan bisa dipake buat ruang tunggu nasabah, meskipun lagi pandemi kan bisa kursi dipake jarak2. Jadi nasabah semua lebih nyaman??
First time to the bank during the pandemic. This is the worst place. Security guards are not friendly and proactive with customers from the start, not like the bank next door hehe. The waiting room outside the building is very uncomfortable and hot. It's really strange even though a room of that size can be used for a customer's waiting room, even though during a pandemic, the chairs can be used spaced apart. So customers are all more comfortable??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah jadi hal umum di Indonesia, bank buka jam 8, ambil antrian nomor dari jam 6. Agak ironis sebenarnya. Belum lagi dijawab security dengan template, "maaf system sedang offline dan hanya ada 1 CS yang bekerja." Buka PIN yang terblokir ada biaya 5000 Rupiah. Tolong, tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
It's a common thing in Indonesia, banks open at 8, take the queue number from 6. It's a bit ironic actually. Not to mention the security answer with a template, "sorry the system is offline and there is only 1 CS working." Opening a blocked PIN costs 5000 Rupiah. Please, improve the service again.
