Pretty good service. But many specific spare parts are not available and must be ordered in advance.

β β β β β Hanya share pengalaman, saya melakukan service dg biaya service 95rb. lalu saya membawa sparepart sendiri yg ingin diganti. tp saya kena biaya tambahan lg sebesar 45rb tanpa ada konfirmasi terlebih dahulu. padahal sparepart yg diganti itu jg termasuk dalam point atau job description dalam service tersebut.
Just sharing my experience, I did the service with a service fee of 95 thousand. Then I brought my own spare parts that I wanted to replace. but I was charged an additional fee of 45 thousand without prior confirmation. even though the replaced spare parts are also included in the point or job description in the service.

β β β β β Saya ingin komplain kepada daeler AHM Honda Cisauk PT. Mitra Mulia Anugrah karena tidak melayani custumer dengan baik.
1. Pihak daeler tidak melakukan persetujuan utk penjadwalan survei dengan custumer. Survei mendadak datang pada hari H.
2. Pihak daeler terkesan terburu2 dalam mencapai target dan sangat membuat custumer tidak nyaman.
3. Tanpa persetujuan custumer dan tanpa pembuatan janji terlebih dahulu pihak daeler langsung mengirim motor sangat membuat pelanggan tidak nyaman. Dan mengganggu jadwal kerja custumer.
4. Perjanjian jatuh tempo yang diajukan tidak dijalankan dengan baik oleh pihak daeler karena tiba2 motor dalam pengiriman tanpa persetujuan custumer.
Hal tersebut sangat membuat saya sebagai pelanggan honda sangat tidak nyaman.
I want to complain to the AHM Honda Cisauk daeler PT. Mitra Mulia Anugrah for not serving customers well.
1. The daeler does not agree to schedule a survey with the customer. The surprise survey came on the day.
2. The daeler seems to be in a hurry to achieve the target and it really makes the customer uncomfortable.
3. Without customer approval and without prior appointment, the daeler immediately sent the motorbike to make the customer uncomfortable. And disrupt custumer's work schedule.
4. The proposed maturity agreement was not executed properly by the daeler because suddenly the motorbike was in delivery without the customer's approval.
This makes me as a Honda customer very uncomfortable.
