★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ga ada bintang pilih ga kasi bintang. Berkali2 bri bikin kecewa , hari ini ibu saya mendapat perlakuan tidak menyenangkan karena nama berbeda di rekening yang sebelum2nya bisa ambil uang di atas 5 jt sekarang sudah tidk bisa dengan alasan takut bukan atas nama yang bersangkutan pasahal sudah diberikan dokumen penunjang sesuai permitaan. Ibu saya dibentak oleh spv yang ngadi2 peraturan. Adik saya pun dibentak2. Spv ngasi alasan yg ga masuk akal. Mempersulit padhal mu ambil uang sendiri.. ada aja alasannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget gak boleh masuk, katanya penuh. Jadi yang boleh masuk yang berkepentingan aja. TAPI ANEH ibu ibu boleh masuk sama 2orng anak nya yng kecil, satu lagi dewasa. Terus ada lagi ibu ibu sama satu orang anak nya yang dewasa, ada juga yang keluar ibu ibu sama anaknya. Jadi ceritanya tadi jam 10 ke BANk BRI sama temen gue berdua, oke gue ngerti tadi pagi rame gak boleh masuk. Dan pas jam 12 tadi itu masuk bergerombol kaya yang gue tulis di atas. Gue duduk di luar sini dari jam 10 sampe saat ini gue posting masih duduk diluar yaa kalian bisa itung lah berapa jam gue ngmper diluar. Padahal di dalem bangku kosong pas gue masuk 2 kali nanyain kalo udah nomer berapa temen gue. Satpam engga ada inisatif buat nyuruh masuk apa ya, sampe saat ini gue diluar sendiriian. Kecewa banget sih sama pelayanan nya, toh ya gimana ke. Dan barusan ada yang masuk 2 orang ibu sama anak cowonya seumuran gue DAN BOLEH. Parah, banget. Maaf ngedumel soalnya udah gak kuat, sejam dua jam oke. Ini udah 4 jam udah kaya perjalanan ke puncak ?

Then there are mothers and their adult children, there are also mothers who come out with their children. So the story was that at 10 o'clock I went to BANK BRI with my two friends, okay, I understand that it was busy this morning and I couldn't enter. And at 12 o'clock earlier, they came in groups like what I wrote above. I've been sitting out here since 10 o'clock until now I'm posting still sitting outside, can you count how many hours I've been outside. Even though there was an empty seat inside when I entered, asking twice if my friend's number was already. The security guard doesn't have the initiative to tell me what to do, until now I'm outside alone. I'm really disappointed with the service, how come. And just now, there are 2 mothers and their boys who are my age and OK. Seriously, really. Sorry for mumbling because it's not strong enough, an hour or two is okay. It's been 4 hours already like a trip to the top ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when I came, that's only 2 Cs stand by there, one, I don't know why when one of Cs come inside it's for a long time to came outside again. I don't know what they doing. All people waiting for a really long time. Really bad service for a one of Big Bank in Indonesia.
