Pelayanan satpamnya sangat baik dan ramah. Tapi tidak untuk CSnya!! atas nama Ari. saya baru kali ini ke cabang BCA di layani seperti ini. saya sering mengantarkan atau bertransaksi di cabang BCA lainnya atau Bank lainnya. Tp, baru pertama pelayanan tdk ramah. berbicara tdk sopan dan tdk ramah. tdk ada senyum2nya dan mukanya menunjukan muka tdk sopan! saya mau buat internet banking dan dia menanyakan secara tdk ramah dr awal saya seperti lg di interview sama BOS aja bukan seorang nasabah! dan stelah menunggu dan dia byk nanya ke saya akhinya di tolak krn alasan tdk masuk akal. looh buat M banking, Internet banking atau KeyBCA itu kan hak nasabah! dan yg sangat buat kecewa dia mengatakan takut di salahgunakan. Apa pantas seorang CS berbicara kpd nasabah sperti itu! apa tdk bs ada kata2 lain atau penolakan lain atau sambil tersenyum atau apapun itu! Tdk sopan! se olah olah nasabah mau salahgunakan atau mau apa2in itu. memangnya saya mau salahgunakan! masa rekening saya sendiri mau saya salah gunakan! kan ga mungkin! berbicara sperti hadapin anak kecil yg gatau apa2! mau buat apapun itu, itu Privasi nasabah! Hak nasabah! Tdk pantas CS melontarkan kata Takut di salahgunakan! lalu dia blg mungkin di cabang lain berbeda. saya blg, oh mungkn hrs saya coba buat aja nanti di cabang saya ya. malah dia nanya, cabangnya dimana? Jelas2 buku tabungan saya, ktp dan kartu bank saya masih di tangan CS. masa tdk bs baca atau mlihat data nasabah dgn lengkap! lalu saya bergegas pergi dan CS pun tdk ada ucapan apapun smpai saya berdiri dr tmpat duduk. biasanya kan ada lg yg bs di bantu atau terima kasih sbelomnya bla bla, muka ngantuk! Benar2 tdk ada attitude!
The security services are very good and friendly. But not for CS !! on behalf of Ari. I only served BCA this time like this. I often deliver or transact at other BCA branches or other banks. But, the first service is not friendly. speak disrespectfully and unfriendly. no smile and his face showed an impolite face! I want to do internet banking and he asked me in an unfriendly way from the beginning like I was interviewed with BOS, not a customer! and after waiting and he asked me a lot he was rejected for reasons that didn't make sense. It's OK for M banking, Internet banking or KeyBCA that is the customer's right! and very disappointed he said he was afraid of being misused. Is it right for a CS to talk to customers like that! can there be any other words or other rejections or smiling or whatever! How rude! as if the customer wants to be misused or whatever. indeed I want to be misused! how could I use my account incorrectly? it's not possible! Talk like a little kid who doesn't know anything! whatever you want to do, it's customer privacy! Customer rights! It is inappropriate for CS to say the word Fear to be misused! then he might be different in another branch. I blg, oh maybe I should just try later in my branch. instead he asked, where is the branch? Obviously my savings book, ID card and bank card are still in the hands of CS. the period can not be read or see the complete customer data! then I hurried away and CS didn't say anything until I stood up from sitting. usually there are other LGs that can be helped or thanks to the blah blah blah, sleepy face! Really no attitude!

Saya kecewa tadi siang dengan pelayananya. Mungkin salah saya yang kesiangan datangnya. Ke CS rasanya seperti diburu-buru. Awalnya baik, Saya mau buka tabungan baru, bisa memilih nomer rekening, Saya sudah memilih beberapa opsi pilihan nomer. Eh last minute manager nya bilang tidak bisa lah, kasihan costumer lain lah. Apa salah saya dengan costumer lain? Mereka bohong kepada Saya. Saya tahu itu. Dan hanya berpikir, mungkin sudah jam 3 waktunya mereka pulang. Pengalaman tidak menyenangkan di awal tahun.
I was disappointed this afternoon with the service. Maybe it was my fault that it came late. Going to CS feels like being rushed. Initially good, I want to open a new savings account, can choose an account number, I have chosen several number options. Eh, last minute the manager said he couldn't, sorry for other customers. What's wrong with me with other customers? They lied to me. I know it. And just thinking, maybe it's 3 o'clock for them to go home. Unpleasant experience at the beginning of the year.

Layanan pembukaan rekening lumayan cepat, yang bikin lama antriannya. Hehehe.. Buka rekening TabunganKu BCA bebas biaya administrasi bulanan dan kartu. Namun tidak bisa akses mobile banking. Tetap dapat Kartu Debit dan Buku Tabungan. Semua karyawannya ramah lho.. Oh iya parkiran mobilnya juga luas lho ??

Bank BCA yang cukup nyaman.. Antrian CSO ramai jika pagi-pagi. Siang dan sore relatif lebih sedikit antrian
